Keppner hit the nail on the head here. My Dad has lost so much coordination he can't do the flasy style with us. We (the boxers) are learning to help each other with this. He's tried to get folks in and no one is really that good around hear with the mitts. But we do hard mitt work with extreme concentration work kinda like Malik Scott does with Wilder. Another great video here! Can you put up a video on inside mitt work? We would love to see that. Also, I've been using the speedbag technics and they are awsome.
