Everest KS; where do you live? I just bought a Rapid-Prep while it is on sale and didn’t go to a party but I’ve watched the last two Tuesday night’s cooking show and they have helped but you have been the best demonstrator for this 75-year old! They are a little too fast paced but have enjoyed them. I have used my Salad Master Cutter for over 50 years and it just wasn’t as safe for me to use these days with my arthritic hands these days. I plan to use my new P C in the morning for the first time to make fried potatoes for our breakfast. I want them crisp so should I soak them in ice water like the French Fries?
HI Lona! Thank you so much. That means a lot. I hope you will check out more of my videos and my recipes and give-aways can be found here: facebook.com/groups/theflipflopchef I have soaked my fries before cooking them and it does help them crisp up!
I just got mine. I love it but wanted something for dicing. Onions, green peppers etc. What would that be? I almost feel like I wasted my money. I’ve never julienned anything. Although I may try for fried potatoes slicing or the rench fry setting. It’s easy to slice. I need diced. It takes forever and I can’t handle it disabled. I just bought $200 worth of stuff when I had a Pc party 2 weeks ago.
Hi there! I'm so sorry that you are disappointed. Have you reached out to your consultant to make an exchange? Also, if it helps, you can feed the juliened slices back through to dice. Not sure if you knew that.

How does it work w tomatoes & cheese?
Hi Nancy, I wouldn't use this for cheese but it is wonderful for tomatoes!!
Hello from California.
Hi! Thanks for watching!
Is there a setting to get diced onions?
Hi there, thanks for watching. It won't dice them but you can use the french fry or julienne options to get them in smaller pieces
Can it do apples
yes of course. I recommend coring them first
