Jjajangmyeon (fermented soybean sauce) is savory, earthy, a bit sweet, no you don't really taste onion. The only "onion" flavor you get is the sweetness. 2nd dish is Jjangppong spicy broth usually with seafood such as octopus, squid, mussels, and this one has bean sprouts, 3rd dish is Tangsooyook it can either be pork or beef, it is meat coated in potato flour based batter and coated with sweet or spicy sauce that's based off of corn starch (in the video it looks like the sweet version).
