That said, it needs complementary elements such as a solid welfare system to stop most of these kinds of unfortunate situations from happening.
Young people have become nihilistic and devoid of meaning and purpose. There are many variables at play, but most chose to be where they are based on choices they have made. Some by unfortunate circumstance and Malice, but its really people not being taught Responsibility on a fundamental level. If you can ask for money, you can ask "Hi, ma'am/Sir what would you like for lunch today" Being goo at something so mundane rewires your brains network to understand a reward system that favors meaning through Responsibility, whichever size Rock you may carry.
