This young mother has no idea how to help herself, other than going ‘door to door!’ She is clearly in a depressed state of mind and is concerned about the health of her child! The mother may be sick herself? Her child has a sparkle in her eyes…surely she is being loved, but at what cost that stress the mother is facing for survival …must be having on this child?
