Dr. Berg, I just found your channel and I have watched so many of your videos! I have learned so much! Thank you!!
I do have a question- I drink shakeology every morning with almond milk. I add a handful of blueberries and strawberries. This has been my breakfast every morning for about 2 years. I thought this was a healthy breakfast but I’m now questioning this choice after watching some of your videos. I work in the operating room as a nurse and have to eat something in the morning, because I never know when I will get lunch (if I get one at all). Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I also drink ACV in the morning before my shake.
