I saw the warning saying the packages don’t work on a G1x four. I thought it was the same platform but one has a volume/wah pedal and the other one doesn’t.
That's right. There are differences in the firmware between the G1F and G1xF precisely because of the expression pedal and its features. So files from one device will not work on the other. The same goes for the G3n and G3xn. Thanks my friend! *Edit: You can manually copy the settings I left in the video that will work on the G1xF.

So you can use the same settings, starting copying the most important effects of each preset and leaving the less important ones out, due to lack of space in the G1F effects chain. The way they did it was a full gibson or Gretch hollow-body with flat-wound strings, set to bass pickup with most of the highs rolled off, plugged into an Ampeg tube ampl (the flat wounds don't have that stratty metalic shimmer so it's all tone and less string artifact.

Bom dia! Na entrada da guitarra com a pedaleira eu uso um cabo mono e na entrada da pedaleira com meu amplificador eu uso um mono também (ligo direto). Será que devo usar um cabo stero na entrada da pedaleira para o amplificador? Eu tenho a G1xfour
Fala Leandro. Pode continuar usando seu cabo mono na saída da G1F para a entrada do seu amp. Use um cabo stereo na saída da G1F apenas se for usar dois amps, então terá seu sinal stereo, dividido em direito e esquerdo. Neste caso é bom manter os amps separados a uma distância razoável para vc sentir os efeitos stereo como Ping Pong delay, Stereo Delay, Stereo Chorus, Reverb e outros. // Se for usar em linha ao vivo, sem amps, vc pode pode plugar o cabo stereo na saída da G1F e envia o sinal para dois canais da mesa de som, usando dois DI Box. O técnico de som terá que pôr um dos canais com o PAN todo para a direita e o outro todo para a esquerda. Então vc terá seu som stereo no PA (se o PA for stereo). Lembre-se neste caso de usar sempre efeitos stereo em suas programações como os que citei acima. Abração cara!
Hello, i want to buy this pedal for just effects, delay reverb octave etc, i will not use it for sims since i have amp and distortion muff pedals, is it good for modulation only? Im on a budget so i thought its a good idea to go for multi effects instead of separate pedals.

Hi Melanie. You can, but... Personally I don't like it. The guitar signal will pass through analog/digital/digital/analog converters from the first multi-effects and then pass through converters again in other multi-effects. This may be too processed. You must do several tests and judge in the end how is the signal integrity.

Yes! It will serve you very well. Many types of modulations, delay and reverb. The quality is excellent. Edit: The G3n is also an excellent choice.

Stomplab is great but the G1F has a lot more mod, delay and reverb options. In fact the Vox are limited in this regard compared to the G1F.

Yes! If you use the G3n in stompbox mode, you can press the "Solo" pedal as a volume boost for solo moments.
