The combo sounds like the group Supersax from the 70’s with Don Menza. Outstanding phrasing and ensemble performance. Tevis Laukat has incredible Alto tone, he’s still the Tonemaster. The Baritone was so smooth. This is a highly competent group, I’m highly impressed.

Mixed emotions when I watch this. So amazed and impressed with all of them but it also leaves me bewildered as to why, despite practicing as hard as I do, I could NEVER get that good! These guys are superhuman!!
I have a Cannonball Sop, Alto and Tenor. All of them come with decent mouthpieces, especially the tenor. Soprano is a bit better than my Selmer C* but not as impressive as the Tenor or the Alto mouthpieces.
Is the editing on an automatic timer? When the saxes play the Bird solo the camera should stay on them instead of going round and round with the rhythm section and guitarist. Annoying!
