There was an article about Tong Bei in "The Journal Of Martial Arts". I can't recall which issue. It contained an excellent article about Tong Bei and had Strider Clark in the article. It was an excellent article about Tong Bei and contained the theories and techniques of the style. To me, it was the best article I've ever read on the Tong Bei style, and contained numerous techniques on the style. In my book and article collection of martial arts, it is absolutely one of the best, and I consider it an absolute classic write-up on the Tong Bei style. Mr. Strider Clark is the real-deal when it comes to the Tong Bei style, and there is absolutely no question about it. In most of the demos I've seen Strider Clark do, he is very heavy handed in his demonstrations of the Tong Bei techniques. It can be both exciting and discouraging to the layman to be on the receiving end of his execution of the techniques. Much respect to Strider Clark!
