Dim Sum Library over at Pacific Place also has great dimsum prepared in modern/fushion style like King crab & sea urchin spring roll, Black truffle har gau - shrimp dumpling, Cuttlefish & chilli dumpling, Seafood dumpling in white pepper lobster broth etc

@chefjpanglo we called up. There is no reservation. We found out when arrived in Sarsa that there is a reservation pala, and we don't know what is the criteria. so we had to line up. Now there are 2 queues: the one who is walk- in and the other one who is with reservation. And we are all hangout outside waiting

Chef you should go and try eating in Forum Restaurant for dim sum. It’s a 3 Michelin star Cantonese restaurant in causeway bay. It’s superb!
