Happy to see you all enjoy Filipino food. I just remembered when we had a boodle fight meal in a 12 foot table, was truly a fight that it was finished in just 5 minutes. We were about 20 doing a military training for officers and had this boodle fight, nobody even had a chance to sit down, all you can see are our hands grabbing the food. The officer in charge got surprised and told he did not even notice it was finished already, it was just like a storm that passed by.

In japan fruits choices are very limited and seasonal but in the Philippines its endless variety.. plus the naturally ripened mango and bananas have totally different taste than ones sold in Japan… i miss buko and mango most.
