I was at this game. Exhausting but fun. I called Benny Agbayani’s home run. Then again I said everyone was going to hit a home run at that point, I knew it would be true eventually lol.
The play at first in the 8th inning with lenny Harris running to first was a huge play, I think he was out, the Mets got a big break there, that would have been another crush ending rally. That play at first was the turning point of the game, Harris steals second and then fonzie hits the game tying RBI double off Rob Nen. Enjoyed this game 20 years ago and now 20 years later😁👍.

Today 10-7-2020.....watching this game on the 20th anniversary (October 7, 2000).. after all these years this game is still intense 🙌😁

ACQUIRING MIKE BORDICK BY THE METS WAS A WASTE OF TIME. ORDONEZ WAS WAY BETTER HANDS DOWN.
