It will still tow heavy. The bags will allow the back end to not sag when loaded down. Oftentimes with these lifted trucks, regearing is unnecessary until you get well beyond 37s. They have 8 speed transmissions so even in tow/haul mode where they drop the two overdrive gears, the truck has no shortage of selection for gear ratios.

Sag? It’s got 4 double thick leafs and two overload springs. What are you towing that’s gonna cause this to sag?
