I visited chiropractic recently. He fixed the main issue of my sciatica in the lower back and butt muscle. But I still feel my inflamed nerve from time to time. Is there any prediction when will it truly heal?

There are a lot of factors (like age, how long you've had the problem, etc), but I would focus more on activities you might be doing to aggravate it on a daily basis. Changing bad habits is huge!

What do you say with those that say adjustments are dangerous when there’s a herniated disc or disc extrusion?

Some adjustments involve twisting. Twisting of the neck or low back when you have a herniated disc or extrusion could make them worse.
