I remember walking into the club Heaven ( Bloor and Yonge Toronto) around 1989, and they were playing this song. I had just become a police officer with Metro Police. Good times!
OMG I remember that place!! Wasnt it called Rock and Roll Heaven? They used to have shows all the time called Ledgends. Good times is 100% correct!!!!!
These guys were my first concert back in 82. Saw them at Exhibition Stadium in Toronto with Cheap Trick and Ted Nugent. Then the next year opening for Iron Maiden at Canada's Wonderland. Good times.
I know exactly how incredible it is to have beautiful long friendships. I sadly just lost my longest and dearest friend of 54 years. 😞😢😞 Cancer is one ugly terrifying monster. I will and do miss her terribly.
My prayers and condolences. Breaks my heart for anyone who dies of cancer these days, knowing it didn't have to be this way. Fenbendezole kills cancer. I saw 2 different testimonials myself. This has been kept from us, but no longer. I know exactly what I'll do if I'm ever diagnosed with cancer. Only takes 90 days or so and it's gone.
@@beezlbubba Thank you for your kind words. I wish I knew of this back when I lost my sister to Breast Cancer in 2010. I changed that day and wont be the same until I see her again. Cancer is such a horrible beast.
True dat. I went to talk to him before a show in Halifax in 82 to request a dedication for my buddy who's favorite song was "We got the night". He not only remembered the request 3 hours later towards the end of their set, but he pronounced my friend's name correctly too. Terrific guy who genuinely appreciates the fans.
I saw Coney Hatch at a club somewhere in Toronto in the 1980s while I was vacationing with a friend from Cleveland. I wonder if it was this same club? Can't remember. But I do remember that Coney Hatch rocked that night. And they're rocking here!
Just listened to best of coney hatch today at work , and so many ppl at the store were reminded how awesome this band was
Was?
