For those who is wondering why he has a citation at the end: At 3:11:40, you WILL get a citation no matter what, since you always end up "confiscating" Jorji's passport. This is the only time you will forcibly earn a citation that you cannot avoid. For Shae (the woman your supervisor asked to be admitted), you can deny her but you cannot detain her.
Dumb things to notice: At 55:50, the department official gets in his fancy car to slowly drive away, only to see a speeding car come down the same lane moments later. I imagine there would be no reaction time, resulting in a horrible accident. I will pray for his recovery.

Hey there! I won't answer to the "single citation" comments anymore, because it already stands in the description, why there's one single citation in the end: "The first complete playthrough of "Papers, Please" with 100 % accuracy (of course there's one not avoidable citation because of Jorjis 'present'), as I see." The citation is scripted and so it's not avoidable. Enjoy the video, best greetings, Sebastian

First of all, I would like to say thank you very much for the fact that this video has now received over 3,000,000 views. That's insane! Never would I have thought that my accuracy run receives such attention. Thanks for that! With this comment I would also like to give the answer to a question that I am asked again and again: Will there be more videos published here? The answer is a clear no. Nevertheless, I will remain active on Gaming UA-cam, but with a different channel and format. This channel was always linked to my old website game-curator.com. The site is still accessible, but will no longer be filled with new content. Every gameplay video I uploaded here was used as illustrative material for an article. Since the website is no longer running, this UA-cam channel has also become obsolete. Since I still love video games and would like to present special specimens to the people out there in front of the screens, I decided to take a new path. At the end of 2022, I started a small Let's Play channel called "Sebastian Tries His Best". However, the videos are in German, since I'm German (surprise, surprise!) and don't feel very comfortable speaking English due to my accent. So should you feel like dropping by on my channel, I would of course be very happy about it! I'm not a particularly charismatic or flamboyant person, but maybe watching bearded, long-haired, shirt-wearing, rather chill nerds do their thing in various indie games is just your thing? No judgement. Here you go: www.youtube.com/@sebastiantrieshisbest In any case, have fun on UA-cam and be nice to each other!
Dude, holy shit! 3 hours and 34 minutes of non-stop gameplay, hard work, dedication, perfection and memorization. Congrats. You deserve a medal or something.
Laughed a little at 1:11:40 where you frantically try to shove the official's paperwork back at him as fast as possible to make him leave, any time an agent/guard/official comes in to waste your clock time it made me anxious lol
+Everyone said my name was stupid so I changed it. Mostly I think except of course that the computer can only really deal with things that are clear cut black and white if something falls into a grey area the electronic passport gates will pass the buck to a human to make the call instead. Examples would be things like the facial recognition software not quite having enough confidence to say that it's the same person or stuff which is merely a potential cause for suspicion justifying further enquiry (An unusually high number of entries through the boarder that sort of thing).
@@everyonesaidmynamewasstupi3713 I suppose it's semi-automated. I recently made a trip to the United States, and while modern passports have a microchip in them to speed up the process, you still have to stand in line and get "interviewed". You present them with your passport, and a document (ESTA) much like the Entry Permit in the game. You're asked about the purpose of your stay and the duration of it. They stamp your passport and you're good to go. The process is more complicated though if you live in some other countries or you are entering for anything other than visiting/transit. In that case you have to present a lot more documents (VISA, green card etc)
The sounds of the stamping and the bringing out the stamps, rustling of papers and money, the moving of a coin on the table, the people talking, etc. No let's play commentary, no music on top of the noises, nothing. I could fall asleep to it. Its so nice and peaceful to listen to...other than the occasional attack or detaining.
This playthrough was incredible! Normally by like day 6 you're already running out of money but you kept everyone fully alive and kept yourself way in the black. I could not imagine having $740 on the last day and having all family members alive and well. They're not even sick! Truly incredible.

What do you mean ? What's the difference ?
If you're getting stamped on a passport people who have this job rarely ever try to stamp in the right place
that is the truth , the only stamp/sticker that is remotely in the box is the one from Japan , every other country stamps theirs everywhere , Laos decided to take up all four spots lol

Well the japanese are pretty damn efficient lol
If this game were "real", you wouldn't have a job. The person who spots your mistakes, or at least the mistakes of human players of this game, would be all the country needs.

Here you go: www.youtube.com/@sebastiantrieshisbest
In any case, have fun on UA-cam and be nice to each other!

@@everyonesaidmynamewasstupi3713 2 years later, this reply is so so late, but nope! It's not 100% automated.
myrtillo bruh i do not remember making this comment, but that’s interesting. you’d think they would automate something like this
@@everyonesaidmynamewasstupi3713
I suppose it's semi-automated.
