Steve in all your videos I just realized I haven't seen an Air Dryer, where is it hidden ?.........and as always thanks for showing us another awesome truck.
Looking into a 2018 389, 290" wheel base LP 24.5, chrome exhaust, lights, chrome def tank, the works with the X15. would like it painted orange with black fenders. how much would I be talking for that?
+JohnDoe 1979 Steve and the guys at Rush Tulsa can do the APU for you. Lots of options on those. Call Steve for specifics. This is a top notch dealership and a stand up honest guy.
You can also opt for just a bunk heater, that would be factory installed. Small fuel line for that, it sips directly from main fuel tanks when the tractor is off.
No factory APU's or at least ones that I am confident in yet. I always have ThermoKing install a TriPac with the heater and the inverter. I probably do 30 a year. I will try and do a video on one today.
I would lose the horns, and go with under hood mounted train horns like mine. Those factory horns just don't cut it....in my opinion. Other than that, great as usual Steve.
This is very much what I’m looking for, but I need it with an automatic. I would really like to go under 280 inches. Give me your thoughts on this. I’m retired from Southwest, so I fly free. Thanks.
Aren't usually 2 beds for running teams? This truck seems to be set up for O/O specs so the bunk bed would not be needed. Sweet truck.
Steve, do you have a video where you discussed the differences between the performance Vs. the economy engines?
No sir, not yet

can you put a 4 spoke steering wheel in this truck and the full gauge package
I sure can

Do you know the weight different between air ride front end vs std
Wow, great question. Believe it or not only 10 pounds more for the air ride. Yes you have all the bags and components but you have 1/2 of the springs.
Peterbilt Steve good to know . We run tanker and I'm thinking about getting a 389 that's like an owner spec with weight in mind.
oh man, I hope you have trucks like this one available next year 👍
Oh I will
How much better are the disc brakes?
Leaps and bounds, way better

Estoy interesado en este vehículo, cómo lo puedo comprar y importarlo a Lima - Perú.
pagar por ello es fácil, verifique con las aduanas locales qué se necesitaría para importarlo
