Women have to deal with way too much. We get stalked, groped, sexual harassment at work, the list goes on and on. I really wish more women would teach their sons how to RESPECT others, and esp women.
I agree...another problem is women are very fast sexually nowadays. They give it up quick! So men, being the arrogant beings that they can be, they approach all women like that. One guy told me, well when we go out if we get along why can't we have sex? I said what is the emergency, and he said, what is the hold up? Uhhhh the hold up is, I don't have hooker written across my forehead lol.

That's only if the father is a respectable human being..and I have seen so many instances where they aren't even in the kid's life. I have also heard men say when their son's were sticking anything not bolted to the ground...well that's my boy! At least he's not gay! So many of them are controlled by their peckers so I still think the mother would be the best bet.
thats so scary!! i worked at a bar and we ALWAYS had to have a bouncer watch us leave or walk us to our car. on nights it was too busy i carried a knife in my hands til i got in my car and locked it. that shit is awful. creepers are no joke!

Saw you on a meme and thought it was overdramatized, so I had to check it myself. It was clearly not the case. He was definitely creepy and controlling, but I don't think some people understands how inappropriate his behaviour actually was and makes fun of it. The situation was ringing red bells, I would pack my bags aswell and run through the hills. Clearly a case of pseudo-stalker.

I’ve watched a lot of stalker story times and yours is by far the most impressive. I mean that in the sense that you didn’t even give John a chance to get closer to you or become comfortable in treating you as a “close friend” outside of your full time job.
As soon as you felt uncomfortable with his behavior you stood your ground and drew a line between the two of you. Many people in these kinds of situations like to give the benefit of the doubt and will continue to be nice even after they feel uncomfortable, and this can lead stalkers and potential stalkers to believe that their creepy behavior is okay. I’m not saying that they deserve being harassed and stalked for being “too nice.” But I admire your independence and ability to keep a cool head with weirdos like John. You go girl!

I do agree with everyone else that he wasn't a stalker but dude was really weird. He could have potentially turned into a stalker if she kept it going and didn't say anything about wanting to be professional. Dudes don't know that things like this make women fear for their lives just for saying questionable creepy things to us. For the ones that do know it scares us and do it anyway, just know that we have fathers, brothers, cousins, mace, guns, knives and etc. Every girl or women isn't just going to be scared and go running for the hills when stuff like this happens. I have a similar story.
I was in 8th grade and walking down the alley right by my house in the daylight. This car slows down and asks for a gas station which is right behind him. I bolt as fast as I could and see my friends. They said that he stopped them too. We went to the police station and reported it. I’m not sure if he ever got caught.

unless you go buy yourself a gun or a taser or pepper spray then you ain't got nothing to worry about as a woman. when I was in college walking in campus I carried a charged taser with me everywhere. especially my night classes. and I lived in an area where I'd get emails of rape, and gun violence, and ghetto ass people hearing police sirens around the school. but I walked with my taser in my jacket pocket. Like tonight I took the train, and this guy was about to get off at a stop. He looked at me and smiled, I looked away and watched his reflection and he continued to stare at me. I looked up again to see if he'd look away but he was still smiling at me. He decided not to get off and went back to his seat. So I pretended to get off and sat on the other side of the train so he wouldn't see me. 😩

I have been in a similar situation a couple of times, and I can empathize and know exactly that "chill" you get when it dawns on you what is actually happening. I appreciate you posting this video. Us ladies have to always be on the lookout for warning signs/red flags. It's sad that we as women have to condition ourselves be this way, but it is reality.

It's stories like this that remind us women to stay on our toes. Things like these happen to men, as well but I feel like guys are so much less aware of the negative possibilities so they don't understand why many women want to keep their guard up until they feel comfortable trusting them. Again I know it happens to guys but I feel like it happens less and it's not something they look out for like we do do when this stuff happens, they don't know why we are quick to step away from it and establish those boundaries but I guess we just have to protect ourselves and other people from these kinds of things
