You have a picture of a usb in your opening frame yet you don’t show how to transfer to a usb?! Ridiculous
Anthony simply place the usb in the front or rear usb slot
Anyone know if hdds need to be in a certain format? I've plugged in a 4TB usb hard drive, both as NTFS, and as 2x 2tb fat32 partitions but cant get it to recognise it to be formatted by the dvr box
how to play it back on pc /
I exported the videos but in pc it is showing error to play
Try VSPlayer from hikvision for mp4 format
@@koahforrest4090 great reminder mate. I had same problem and forgot I had installed VSplayer for the cctv clips. 👍

@@deputyvanhalen6386 I havent tried what you said unfortunately. I exported it into an HDD and then plugged the HDD into my laptop.
Hi...if im burning on to a disc is it a DVD R or a CD R disc....thx in advance 👍👍
I exported my clips to a disk drive but computer says cant play video, need help

When I replay the footage on my laptop the clips come out squashed up and looks like the ratio uploaded is wrong.
We are supposed to see you not monitor

You should take screen view
Crap channel. You can't even see the monitor screen. What if an installer has hearing problems? Can he hear what you say?
