It would be cool especially because Darth Maul in live-action has been seen very little: in the first Episode he was a simple apprentice who spoke little, while in the Han Solo spinoff he only had a cameo. Seeing him in live-action with the same rage which he had in the cartoons would be fantastic.

Omg. You know at this point No Offense but Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi has been through so much after loosing his master Qui-Gon Jinn from Darth maul, loosing his love of his life in the clone wars from maul and after seeing his brother who was his best friend Aniken SkyWalker Turn to the Dark Side of the Force and betray him and slaughtered all of the Jedi youngling babies in the Jedi temple. You know what it’s about time that he deserves to be ranked the making of grand Jedi master because he’s been through so much after loosing everything he loved.
It would have been epic at the end to have a voice-over saying, "Why have you come to this place? Not to simply to hide. No, you have purpose here......"

I love this trailer I want a real Season 2 of Kenobi but probably not going to happen
I have to say three things:
1-If they'll make it, I hope that Darth Vader will appear too, since he's been the primary antagonist of the first season.
2-I hope that they would make the Third Sister to die, maybe make her sacrifice her life. I understand that she's redeemed herself, but she still killed some innocent Rebels, including Wade.
3-If they would actually make this second season, furthermore, I hope that Darth Maul, as the true main antagonist of the series, would be the unseen final antagonist of the first one. If you know what I mean.
If this is real I cannot wait!

It was right around the same time line, season 1 was roughly 10 years before a new hope, and the episode of Rebels where Maul died was right around then, they would have to do a little retconning but it could work
