Let's just take another moment to give thanks for your helmet, without which, who knows what would have happened. A huge reminder to everyone to wear your helmet, wear a good helmet, and wear it properly. If you don't know how to wear your helmet properly, there are tons of videos on here that will walk you through it. Be safe out there and heal up quickly Jeff.

Omg hilarious perspective. I keep reports for every real & practice race, and Blaine yelled at me to "TAKE A CHANCE, MAN UP" near the end, the same way you pressured him earlier on. I also thought we were 2-to-go on the final, which is why I soft-roll at 7:11... which had a funny effect of not aggroing anyone. Wow thanks for the recap fun memories!

Jeff, crit racing newbie here. I just raced my first crit few days ago and oh boy it didnt go as planned. I trained so bad aka on my trainer working on my engine but got dropped the moment we hit the corners. I did not know how to take those corners at high speed with people around me. So frustrating that I worked hard but couldnt even hang with the group. Could you make a video on how to take corners?
