Well done , it takes a strong mentality to finish this race ....... The field was so stacked with big names , once they started making their moves, it was just brutal for everyone ..... Racing in such strong field will definitely help you stepping up your game and climb up the rankings , hope to race again with you soon
Great effort girl. I have watched my daughter do this on the road. She gives away years as well. Building a fitness for life. Next one will be better. Massive effort.
Super strong effort! Those Zwift races are crazy! I've watched Norcal Cycling, who's a pro level crit racer try these races and he gets blown off the peloton as well. A lot of it is just knowing where the efforts are going to be ahead of time. I think you should be very proud of this effort. I know I'd hate to race you!
@@xKillYourTVx I’m sure there is cheating involved in some of the races, but I do know that some of the more official Zwift races require you to verify certain things through Strava and other sources to try to cut back on the cheating. I never race on Zwift seriously, just for a good workout. Nobody is getting paid one way or the other on most of these races, so I don’t know why people cheat.
Great race break down! It's fun to hear the analysis from an elite-level Zwift racer. Thanks for editing it down to the key moments. See you in Watopia!
Tilly, amazing! Even just to attempt, and then know on a flatter route you're at a disadvantage to a climbing route, you have a warrior mentality to keep going as you did!! Bravo!
LOL!!! My wife hears me upstairs making grunts, groans and gasps and is like, "WTH are you doing up there?!" She don't get it. Glad to see I'm not alone.
well done. this race was hard. Very skilled riders, and some of the strongest ind the world. there is no shame in being dropped on that hill, it was very hard paced
She just show your highest watts because you do anything, she get screwed, and she has to show us her bike if it's on the wheel she calculates anything
Thanks for the very informative video. I appreciate seeing all the power numbers and training hours numbers. Keep up the great work of working, training, racing, and making content.
I can't train much because I have children but I'm now doing a C race once a week, it's a great workout and very fun.. Never come near the front but trying to hang on is rewarding. Good job!
Kudos .. 6 hours training a week is practically nothing at this level. If you can find a way to double that, even if a lot of it is light Z2 or Z3 in erg while multi-tasking, you could do some real damage.
Bumped into your channel just now! Amazing effort on a horrible Yorkshire route.. even at 175bpm you look like an angel 😇 Wishing you continued success ❤
Great riding, Tilly! I'm averaging 275.89 watts or 3.32/kg this month so I know what it takes to keep up a pace of 307 / 5.17/kg. Good job! I have a few years on you so thats the excuse I'm gonna take. :)
I recently started riding bike. My FTP (170 watts) is less than what your comfortable power is. hahah. Incredible power there. Well done! Such an inspiration...
Good gravy those are some incredible numbers! And I really dug the TrainingPeaks analysis. I'm a huge data nerd as well, and it's really cool to be able to see how spiky some sections can get, what kind of numbers you need to push, and just how much work the total race is.
Beautiful hustle, I recognize the clenched teeth angry face while you were holding on to the front group. I am often pulling the same expressions ^_^ Nice vid.
Amazing effort! I was dying watching you. I plan to do more Zwift racing this winter, with the intention of using it for hard training efforts. We'll see how it goes.
@RMR that's why i said "ONE of my biggest dislikes". The video shows someone getting dropped and not quitting.... I weigh over 80kg and race on Zwift, so yeah, i get that weight is an issue, but that wasn't my point.
Great video, it's hard going you did well👌 I wish there was a category where weight wasn't a factor and then people could win that can sustain more power. As a 100kg ride I'm pushing so much more power to keep up with the lighter riders and get destroyed on the hills. And it would give everyone the chance to compete with all types of rider
I am fifteen years old, I just started cycling. I was a pre professional ballet dancer before I quit, so I am quite fit. I will definitely get on Zwift as soon as the opportunity will present itself. It looks like a lot of fun!
Some of these cat A races are just absurd. I used to be able to hang with them, but got tired of running myself into the ground every race and getting myself sick just trying to hold wheels.
interesting feats of strength Tilly ... strong - maybe mass watts at the start would have kept you in the group as you clearly have the power, I tend to ride group rides on zwift and then move through the groups to a point I can sustain. dropping off groups on zwift always seems to waste the ride as the group draft is invincible. other times a large blob group can eat up smaller groups, that's fun being part of that domination. ride for fun.😀
Yes there are many cheaters. The worst thing IS there are pros among them (winning unfair monthly money), even if their fake is obvious, like improving 50w (for the same heart rate) in 1 week or... becoming smaller (losing height) over time... Zwift : when actual low B, if not C, Can pretend to be A+ or even 5w+ ftp without problem.
Great video
Hi Greg
More virtual than last time
Hi coach
hard work😉
We need more videos of you on Zwift coach Gregg!

NorCal racers should really be able to keep up! I've seen videos of those guys racing in real life, they're crazy strong
maybe cause all those kids fake their weight ingame to get an unfair advantage?

A racing is serious. The starts are totally insane and have often broken me. You smashed it for such a hard course. Kudos 👏 💐
Great race break down! It's fun to hear the analysis from an elite-level Zwift racer. Thanks for editing it down to the key moments. See you in Watopia!
Strong ride! I chuckled out loud when you sprinted away from Alien!
Always cool to see your perspectives in Zwift.
Tilly, amazing! Even just to attempt, and then know on a flatter route you're at a disadvantage to a climbing route, you have a warrior mentality to keep going as you did!! Bravo!

I'm more concerned about what the neighbours think.

they are using E-Bikes
@@kevinparrado3376I don't understand anything you just said.
Some absolute Zwift hitters in this race, great ride.
top 8 racers did around 5,0 w/k that's brutal !
what a machine! I admire the effort and mental strength (where I seriously lack) Kudos to you
Thanks for the very informative video. I appreciate seeing all the power numbers and training hours numbers. Keep up the great work of working, training, racing, and making content.
Alway like it when the pros give an analysis of their efforts. Also, glad you beat Mr. Alien to the line. Haha
I can't train much because I have children but I'm now doing a C race once a week, it's a great workout and very fun.. Never come near the front but trying to hang on is rewarding. Good job!
If possible make commute to/from work the training session but not everyone works bikeworthy terrain/distance.
Well done for keeping up with the group for that long and amazing final sprint. Keep up the great work.
Kudos .. 6 hours training a week is practically nothing at this level. If you can find a way to double that, even if a lot of it is light Z2 or Z3 in erg while multi-tasking, you could do some real damage.

Love the determination at the end! Kick butt.
I recently started riding bike. My FTP (170 watts) is less than what your comfortable power is. hahah. Incredible power there. Well done! Such an inspiration...
You were racing against men. Your power was amazing. 330 watts 5 minute power at 61KGs or so is super impressive. Thanks for sharing. KB
Deffo some big hitters in that race, bravo to you for giving it a go.
Solid effort. Great breakdown. Nice work on the edits
Quality content right here. Subbed!
Really interesting and useful. Without knowing much about it I had figured out that you have to keep up on the hills so you confirmed it for me.
Good gravy those are some incredible numbers! And I really dug the TrainingPeaks analysis. I'm a huge data nerd as well, and it's really cool to be able to see how spiky some sections can get, what kind of numbers you need to push, and just how much work the total race is.
That was a great effort. I've never done zwift but it looks fun
You facial gestures are amazing in this video
Beautiful hustle, I recognize the clenched teeth angry face while you were holding on to the front group. I am often pulling the same expressions ^_^
Nice vid.
He was playing games at the end and you smoked him 😂🤩 great content 💪
242W for 45 min is quite an achievement! I struggle with 190W for a 45 min ride :P.
Hah you out-sprinted Mr. Alien!!
Congrats on the video starting to go viral 🎉
Spicey racing Tilly 🌶
PLZ Tilly tell us more about the trainer you use!
Amazing effort! I was dying watching you. I plan to do more Zwift racing this winter, with the intention of using it for hard training efforts. We'll see how it goes.
Good work sticking with it and finishing fast. One of my biggest dislikes of A Cat is how many people quit the second they get dropped.
That’s your biggest gripe ? Not that half the field weighs 55 kg as fully grown adult males ? 😅
@RMR that's why i said "ONE of my biggest dislikes". The video shows someone getting dropped and not quitting....
I weigh over 80kg and race on Zwift, so yeah, i get that weight is an issue, but that wasn't my point.
Love the sprint at the end! Hahaha always feels good on a ride when things don’t go as planned.
this was a stacked field of men, incredible work ms field
You put up a good fight, that’s all that matters in cycling 💪
Fair play Tilly to hang on as long as you did!! I was there that race was intense, many monsters in the field 💪🏻🙌🏻👊🏻
More cheaters than monsters.
You did Amazing! A stiff field of A+ pushing 4.5W/kg. Glad you beat Mr. Aline. Thanks for sharing
Damn you're strong. You'd never know based on your results, but comparing to a bunch of A men you've obviously got it.
Love this!!! Great riding. Subbed!
crazy... thats intense ...great effort
Well done. That was very good.
Go Tilly Go!!! Nice video
Crazy good effort 🤯
Awesome effort Tilly
Jesus, that is a strong effort. I'm lucky to get to 4w/kg. Keep it up. Ride On.
Everyones talking about Zwift but this is the first time I've seen what to expect if I hop in. Super helpful vid!🙏🙏🙏
i didn't even know this was a thing. how cool
Good work.
Keep it up!
damn, five minutes in and those numbers are still high for the whole peloton, I think i've never been in a race that hard
Great effort, tough course that!
damn, A is pretty nuts. you did great.
Great video, it's hard going you did well👌

Wait, I live there! 🤣🤣 Wooo Harrogate!!

I will definitely get on Zwift as soon as the opportunity will present itself.
It looks like a lot of fun!
this looks so fun. cool video
Well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
well done. look, do you know if its possible to choose races on Zwift with people on the same fit level? cheers
Spicy Spicy Spicyyyyyyyyy!!!!
Great video. When I watch that racing and pedaling I wish I´d be 30 years younger.
Definitely some hard hitters in that field. Love sprinting with the As!
This was recommended to me. Pretty cool technology
Well done you did really well, best of luck next time
You are my hero 🙌🏻
Great job! What trainer do you have? I'm looking...trying to build endurance.
Awesome job!!
This is EPIC
How do you join and get your bike to connect?
Really cool!
Really love this would love to get in to zwift but it is expensive and don't have to Experience
Some of these cat A races are just absurd. I used to be able to hang with them, but got tired of running myself into the ground every race and getting myself sick just trying to hold wheels.
You are strong 💪
Impressive effort.
Wow Great Job 💪
How did you up your watts so much? Any training suggestions?
Well done. Nice workout.
interesting feats of strength Tilly ... strong - maybe mass watts at the start would have kept you in the group as you clearly have the power, I tend to ride group rides on zwift and then move through the groups to a point I can sustain. dropping off groups on zwift always seems to waste the ride as the group draft is invincible. other times a large blob group can eat up smaller groups, that's fun being part of that domination. ride for fun.😀
nice looking at getting a zwift.
Strong effort 👊
Love it 👍
Great channel
Great job
Damn, you can push yourself. Kudos.
I'm going to get destroyed and I can't wait!! I'll be joining some of these when I get the final pieces
I wish I had this level of fitness!
You are a super strong rider. That’s some serious power I don’t care what those race results say. I still think there are a lot of cheaters out there.
Yes there are many cheaters. Good on you to beat alien in the sprint. I see a lot of gamesmanship in the lower categories - which is annoying
Sorry for making it so violent from the start :D
Nice race.
What app do you use for post race analysis?
Great race. Nice effort Tilly. That's where I always get dropped by the front group in my races on this specific course 😁
Good effort.
Huge effort!
Crazy strong!
Good effort!
Yeah that looks like me every race where theres a hill aswell;) Nice effort though!!
