Right off the bat, the objective of capturing the feel of Stalker is dead in the water, your Makrov isn't swaying all over the place like your a drunken sailor on a ship at sea during a storm and it's taking down guys in 1 or 2 hits.
Not being one hit killed by a mutant dog you didn't see. Not being hit by one boolet and bleeding out in 3 seconds. No holding peestol to not shoot the inaccurate because of fear of shooting fingers.
Running out of ideas for Doom mods is impossible. I'm willing to be that you could code the entirety of _Magic: the Gathering_ in Doom. And vice versa.
There was DOOM wad that used assets resembling those from original STALKER ShoC, but it was really rough project and iirc not available in English. And someone converted mobile STALKER (unreleased, old project made before smartphones were popular) under the name "Picnic in the Oblivion". RetroZone looks promising - hope it wash the bitter taste in my (and others) mouth after not-so-great Hard Reset.
looks more like a slimmed down Ashes than a GZDoom implementation of STALKER. aside from the textures and the guitar, there's basically nothing STALKER about this. no anomalies, or mutants? guns that function like Doom mod guns? is there even any radiation? still, doesn't look too bad, for what it is.
In the topic of post-apo doom mod. I am quite surprised that I do not see a review of Ashes Hard Reset on your channel. Are you still finishing it maybe? Or there's just not that much to say, because well, the good quality is almost assured? Just being curious
PLEASE Icarus !! You have a way bigger channel than me and way more reach! Please show people that these things you explained like movement and enemy behaviour can easily be changed with add-ons!

I can't imagine not playing stalker without mods.

I've played Stalker Mobile on a Symbian-powered Nokia E65. It was very much released.
