I’d like to, for sure. I think Mitch Hooper would be a fun one. Also, Derek Lunsford is with Iron Rebel now, so it would be cool to do a workout with him.
The programming stuff would be interesting to see how you make decisions around that stuff. I consume a lot of bodybuilding oriented education but I’m not sure where to look for general strength training concepts. I know RP has a bunch of older vids but idk who to follow that’s consistently putting out strength/power content that educational.

I actually think you're capable of more than 2300 at 198. I think you could hit a 370 kg squat, 270+ kg bench, and a 425+ kg deadlift as your last heavy singles of the prep.

Also 8:55 in what world are you living if that is "NO SQUATTING" you realize depth is hipcrease under knee joint right? Huge quads give the illusion of not hitting depth sometimes but even that isnt the case here
My only question is about the weight for the next meet, is the cut getting too much as the years pass by?? Can you keep your weight any lower during the prep or will that affect your strength? Just thinking you might be outgrowing the 198 class
