Would you mind making shorter videos about how to do each composite exercise? It would be great to hear, for example, how you do side plank-ups without having your calves touch the ground, or how to do a stomach vacuum while still panting from the rest of the workout

good routine and workout video. Easy to follow. I think the one thing people tend to forget about abdominals is they need to keep contracting. It's not enough to just move the lower body, you have to activate the abs like every other muscle needs to be activated on the body. Good video!

I love all your ab videos on UA-cam & all of the gym workout routines you post on Instagram. :) I also have a question for you brotha, I've hit a plateau in working out now. I've started lifting more, as in higher weights, gradually, but I haven't lost weight only gained weight a few pounds in the past two months. Thankfully I have less of a belly now (thanks to your ab workouts) but other than that I've barely seen any results. I've changed my workout routine from weightlifting & running in the morning to; weightlifting in the mornings & stair master in evenings, I workout Mon-Fri, rest on the weekends. Do you have any advice? Also, do you think working out twice a day in general is a good idea?
