Yes, you're right. It will allow people who can't afford a vehicle to be able to travel through the valley to make money for themselves. Investing in people is always a terrible idea.

I’ve only visited Phoenix once but I exclusively got around via Valley Metro trains and buses. It was great!

@@aikanae1 Don't rush! Building a high speed rail is very complex and challenging.
@@durece100 some have been planning a high speed light rail to Tucson for 20 yrs. They've bought some of the property for it 10 yrs ago.
