I love this!! I’m a girl mom so far but this is info I would love to refer to if I ever have a baby boy. Also tidbit, baby girls can have heightened hormones from mommy when born and this can result in some temporary bloody discharge after birth which isn’t talked about and can scare some moms. Swollen vulvas and breast tissue too!
yup...I freaked out with my baby girl... baby girls do hve a white discharge like adults...n that gets stuck in between the outer n inner lip...WHICH I DISNT KNOW...i thot it ws the white thing dats stuck to a baby when its born 🤯

We dialed the nurse immediately 😂 and then she just came by and just brushed off our worries haha and explained it’s just from the hormones.
Hi Nicole! For baby boys you NEVER pull the skin back!!! When a baby is born the foreskin is fused to the head. The foreskin does not retract until around puberty for some it may be a little sooner. It’s very important that people are aware because doing so prematurely can cause complications for young boys.
Your Whole Baby and Saving Sons are also good websites to visit for info on intact care. After 2 boys, I can say that having intact boys is super easy and I’m so glad that I did my research on this!

Very accurate information. I always passed a baby wipe under his bellybutton, wait few seconds and then start with diaper change. That will make him pee if he needs to.
Kids if Bilingual households also start talking later on but when they do it’s both languages. My family members have English / Korean and the babies just have more to process before talking haha.
@Sapphire having friends with a baby learning each parents language, they just talk to him in each or their own language. What I've read on the subject (as my partner is also from a different country than I) that seems to be the best way to do it. The baby will maybe in the beginning have a mix-matched language but later will differentiate between them
I have babysat for YEARS for kids of all ages and I have to say, it’s equally as easy/ difficult to change a boy or girl diaper, but I get more nervous about girls because there’s a much high risk of them getting an infection if you don’t get it cleaned correctly, whereas with boys, it’s generally not as big of an issue because it’s more external parts
I remember when me and my husband brought our son home , took off his diaper and pee just went everywhere all over me and the bed his blanket and clothes !! I just screamed it was hilarious 🤣🤣

Great video but I just wanted to add to your circumcision rate you mentioned. I highly suggest people actually look at their state. My state where I live only has a circumcision rate of 10% in 2020! @@Thatonechick778 Boys are more difficult when they're teenagers for they can commit crimes, be sexually Immoral, do Drugs, or be effeminate and useless. They need a good father to make decent men out of them. My niece at 19 is studying to be a Cardiologist and is a religious Christian lady while my nephew plays video games like a bum. Makes you not want any boys at all.
I learned so much from this video! Thank you so much! I am 13 weeks pregnant with my first baby, a boy and I am super happy to welcome him to the world. It's nice to know these things that I've never heard before.
the oldest recorded joke known is a fart joke.... specifically about how it is rude for women to fart in front of men. So, not liking toilet humor is such a mood and something shared in common with people that lived 4000 years ago.
One time my babies tinny thing was upside while cleaning him..and he peed all over himself 🥺 loo even went on his face ,eyes may be mouth ...i felt sooo soo bad and guilty of being such a bad mother...but then second day when i told my mom she laughed and said its ok it probably happens with every single baby boy
I've heard that a boy's parts are actually inflamed because of all the mother's estrogen surging through his veins... really interesting video anyways! And good to know as I'm expecting a boy after having a girl ☺☺❤
Yes, that is correct they can also have swollen areas on their chest called breast buds. Feels like a lump under the nipple and can even have milk come out of it. But it is all the hormones from the mother clearing out of their system. I think these things only last a couple days.
I think that would make sense since the girls will have some discharge or blood from their vagina for a few days after birth because of moms hormones. It would stand to reason that those hormones would effect boys too
You definitely don't need to circumcise, if you clean them and teach them to clean properly they'll be fine, they'll probably get an infection at some point if they stay in daycare because they might forget to clean them right but just keep an eye on them, you don't wanna do it and hurt them in the long run if the procedure or healing goes wrong
Until puberty I don't think most can even pull their foreskin back, and before that happens it doesn't need to be cleaned, forcing it back can cause a lot of damage (This is what I've experienced and heard at least)
If your daycare isn't cleaning your child that's a seperate issue in itself. I'm anti circumcision, but it's a nursery or daycares job to clean the children. That's negligence
My dad had problems with his extra skin and it was tight and painful. So he had to get a circumcision at 16. My parents drilled it into my head. And it could be hereditary. My nephew didn't get a circumcision and he is having the same problem my dad did. So I'm glad we did that and also hospital find it easier when they are circumcised cause of the catheter.
Toddler and preschool boys are freaking nuts. We have 2/3 boys and 1/3 girls in the toddler room at the daycare and let me tell you, nothing can prepare you for the crazy!
I grew up with 3 bros and bathroom humor is all the rage haha I've been married almost 4 years and bathroom humor has become an important part of our conversations both annoying and hilarous hahahahaha
Here in Germany it is not possible that a baby that is born is subjected to such a procedure (circumcision). and that's just as well . Doing this to a baby for a "father looks the same" or "it's more hygienic, it's utter bullshit. Why ? Why do "* PARENTS * make decisions about a body that doesn't belong to them?"
Circumcision is not at all needed and is purely cosmetic. We should not make such permanent life choices like that for our children. It should be their choice how they change their body. Plus, it's the single most sensitive part of a males body and it is cut off without anesthetic. It's barbaric and shouldn't be allowed, same as we don't allow the cutting off of the female clitoris or other forms of mutilation/circumcision
I’ve had 2 boys and a girl and I’m currently pregnant with a girl, the one thing about girls is that they can get poop inside of them so making sure everything is nice and clean is very important.
When I had my daughter i was always so worried about her getting poop in the privates I would always make sure to clean her very well and even clean very carefully with a qtip when it was runny poop
I was concerned too with my daughter about the poop getting in the vaginal opening so I was careful to clean it out. Wish I’d known then that the vagina opening is very shallow in baby girls. The vagina is not fully developed. So a little poop on the outside isn’t really going to go anywhere. It will be washed away next time they pee but try to clean it as much as possible.
My boy is 3 months old and already so full of energy haha he never wants to just chill and cuddle he wants to be looking around and kicking and talking 💙
I’m a mom of 3! My first 2 were girls, and I had my boy in August. I definitely agree with diaper changes! Changing my sons diaper is WAY HARDER, than changing my girls, even with all the folds lol. PLUS the surprise of getting peed on was not fun lol.
We couldn’t figure out the circumcision decision (basically I didn’t want it for a son and my husband did for religious reasons), but we ended up having 2 girls so we never had to actually decide lol. Done having kids and just watching this video for reasons I guess.
I had two daughters, my youngest daughter had a daughter herself in 2020 but if either of them have a son I will send your video, good information and crazy you can't use the appropriate words for risk of demonitization. Thank you❣🌹

@@shanderadavis2641 It’s not a fetish, it’s just how they were taught in school and in practice. They genuinely think it’s what’s best. Many schools and textbooks still (falsely) teach that it has medical benefits. Unfortunately, it’s common for much of a doctor or nurse’s clinical training/observation/shadowing/teaching to be done by much older superiors who still abide by “old school” medical practices, even if those practices have been disproven or found to not be the best option by recent studies and medical journals. Circumcision has long been taught to be what’s medically best, and it’s only more recently in the US that people have finally started recognizing that for the vast majority of males it isn’t what’s best and it isn’t medically necessary. Hopefully as the percentage of circumcised boys continues to decrease, we’ll see more of a positive, more fact focused, shift in the medical field on the topic, rather than the current false misconceptions still being taught to healthcare workers as fact.
Yes! This really kind of frustrated me. We decided not to circumcise out son and we were always told how it was totally fine. But at the same time the constant asking about it again and again after the fact kind of feels “judgy”. Like they are trying to subtly influence you to do it.
As an American guy, I would say I wish I were never....um...snipped. It seems so archaic and has such horrible consequences that unless you're doing it to keep a covenant with God because your Jewish or 7th day, I would suggest nobody make that decision for their son. He can be cut as an adult just fine with just a month to nine weeks recovery needed. Let him make that choice. You wouldn't stuff your toddler girl with a nice pair of Bs shell grow into. She can decide that when she's older
I personally believe it's much more easy cleaning a poopy diaper on my son than it was with my girls. The poop gets in all the their lady bits and is much more difficult to clean than it is with a boy.
Please don’t circumcise your boys, there’s medically no reason for it! It causes the baby unnecessary pain. If you had a girl, would you cut skin off her genitals? Please remember the baby.
The only person pulling back his foreskin back should be him. He will instinctively start to do it when he is 3 to 5 years old and will pull forward first to slowly break the adhesions. 50% of 10 years old boys still have some attachment but by age 18 that number will drop to less then 2%. Forcing an attached foreskin back can be extremely painful and cause significant scarring damage leading to problems when he becomes an adult. Adhesions are there to protect/seal the glans from dirt, poop etc. from getting trapped under the foreskin. Any doctor who tells you to pull/force his foreskin back to clean should have their medical license revoked for not knowing basic male anatomy. Teaching foreskin hygiene to your boy is easier then teaching them how to brush their teeth.
I changed my brother when he was a baby. He started peeing and I panicked and pushed it back and he peed all over his own head. He's almost 30 now. Sorry bro.... sorry there's no record of it that is 🤣
Lol, I have a boy....he never peed on me, but he got himself in the face many times 🤣, I did however get pooped on a few times in the beginning..... everytime my husband was around during a diaper change he would tell "make sure to get under his balls" 🤣
I was just putting a wipe on my baby's intimate parts and never had an issue...also I noticed that if I changed him immediately after he was dirty then he didnt have the need to pee again when i opened the diaper...just personal observation 😅
Erections in babies can be caused be anything that causes blood flow. A baby in pain can have an erection just because he’s in pain and his adrenaline is going . This can happen right out of the womb during shots or anything else painful.
Circumstation out of 100,000 in fact circumstations: 900 easily curable UTI's alleged to be prevented 1000-7000 avoidible complication can be caused 100,000 traumatic unnecessary procedures Also: It has been estimated that 111 to 125 normal infant boys (for whom the risk of UTI is 1% to 2%) would need to be circumcised at birth to prevent phimosis. (which is also curable with an ointment)

Also tidbit, baby girls can have heightened hormones from mommy when born and this can result in some temporary bloody discharge after birth which isn’t talked about and can scare some moms. Swollen vulvas and breast tissue too!
This is good to know!
yup...I freaked out with my baby girl...
baby girls do hve a white discharge like adults...n that gets stuck in between the outer n inner lip...WHICH I DISNT KNOW...i thot it ws the white thing dats stuck to a baby when its born 🤯
Omg yes I freaked out. I was like woah
YES! I experienced this. A day after my daughter was born and we were changing her diaper, we noticed some weird vaginal discharge that we were quite alarmed by since I had never heard about it. We dialed the nurse immediately 😂 and then she just came by and just brushed off our worries haha and explained it’s just from the hormones.
This happened with my daughter and we freaked out!
Thanks hun! Just saw another comment about this and wasn’t sure so I removed that part from the video! 🧡
@@tayberjk2559 having intact boys is also normal, people arent meant to be mutilating their babies
D H I totally agree, I think it’s awful and that’s why I kept my babies whole and perfect just as they should be.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Never retract thr foreskin!
Before u change his diaper put a cool wipe on his tummy so he goes pee before U change him
Or put one over his "turtle" so if he does pee it don't go everywhere. Or the peeper tent things
I was always told boys did this but my son never did. He's potty trained for a couple years now so but he never ever peed while getting changed. My daughter did though...
It's to do with the cold shock
We never taught him but our baby boy laughs every time we fart....🤦🏼♀️😂
@@amethystflower8799 hahahaha, thanks for that comment! Guessing you're a not a parent then??
My baby legit got put on my chest and he immediately peed and pooped. Like no joke 😂 I was shocked he needed to pee so soon after being born
Yep, my baby boy peed on the midwife twice! Lol Not sure how he managed that!
Omg i would literally give it back if it did that. After vomiting all over it.
This is why i dont have kids.
@@HaleyStark. babies aren't an it....
@@PrincessofKeys no. But non existent hypothetical babies whos gender i dont know are.
Babies also cant be "given back" when they just came out of your uterus. So i was obviously joking.
@@HaleyStark.Well i think you can request to take them away if you want to give them up for adoption but i assume you have to arrange that prior and not give them away on the spot but I'm not sure
Farts are hilarious. Everyone does it, its natural. And its hilarious. Embrace the farts !
My baby peed on my hair this morning while my husband changed his diaper and I was giving him kisses 🙃
I did not realize how far poop could shoot until my second coated the dog across the room 😱
@@lostmaplegirl lol. What!? No way! That’s nuts but also hilarious
@@Thecraftyblacksheep I felt so bad, the dog hates bathes too! My first was constipated so I didn’t even think about covering him up, had no clue it would literally shoot out!
Very accurate information. I always passed a baby wipe under his bellybutton, wait few seconds and then start with diaper change. That will make him pee if he needs to.
Girls can be enlarged at birth too from the mothers hormones. They can also have some discharge for a couple of days too.
Absolutely thank you for explaining this I was ITCHING my skin
They can also possibly have a period as well

Kids if Bilingual households also start talking later on but when they do it’s both languages. My family members have English / Korean and the babies just have more to process before talking haha.
Please don’t spread misinformation. Studies that state that are outdated and were used in attempts to convince immigrants to solely speak English.
If I ever have a son I wouldn’t want him to be circumcised, but if it was medically necessary then yes
You should definitely get him circumcised he’ll thank you, it’s unhygienic because so much disgusting bacteria can be stuck under the foreskin
@@Euphoric_nails Such nonsense! You will have problems to find another first world country where parents mutilate their children so often for no medical reason. The area can be cleaned as easily as any other part of the body.
@@Euphoric_nails you literally pull it back when it separates from the head and I’m pretty sure water cleans it(that is what I have been told)
Edit; plus I live in England where you only have it for medical or religious reasons, and I’m not doing it for religious reasons because I’m not religious
If I done after birth the doctors literally cut off a piece of your babies skin with out any pain killers. It's wrong and cruel!
I have a daughter, almost 16 months, and she enjoys making me laugh and farts on purpose and loud 🤣🤣🙈 and girls moms also get peed on. She even did a number 2 on my lap after giving her a bath while drying her hair. Love this video, made me laugh so hard 🤣🤣 your boy is sooo cute 🥰
Great video but I just wanted to add to your circumcision rate you mentioned. I highly suggest people actually look at their state. My state where I live only has a circumcision rate of 10% in 2020! While a state like West Virginia with the highest rate of 91% in 2020. Overall the average I think it fell to 56% . Circumcision rate is actually falling quite a bit year by year. And Its expected to keep falling. Keep that in mind too!
Oh very interesting that each state is different! Good to know I appreciate you sharing. I also know that in Europe it's wayyy lower!
@@Nicolelelagreen yeah the only people who get circumstated here are either strict religious people (mostly immigrants from Islamic countries) or because of medical reasons.
There is no reason to take away this important decision from your kid. It has a lot of disadvantages
I had a girl first and was scared when I found out my second was a boy. All my boy mom friends said boys are easier. Let me tell you they are wrong. Diaper changes are 50x harder than a girl. I was never peed on by my daughter. As a toddler my son is 100x more wild and messy than my daughter ever was. Baby girls are so much easier than baby boys.
Maybe as they’re younger but I’ve heard when they hit teenage years then girls are more difficult 😬😬😬
Same, girl, same! 🙌 My son peed on everything the first few months lol! And he’s 1,000 times worse than my daughter was as a toddler!
@@Thatonechick778 Boys are more difficult when they're teenagers for they can commit crimes, be sexually
Immoral, do Drugs, or be effeminate and useless.
I lost it when you compared it to a walnut cause it really does look like that 😂😂 now I’m going to think of that every time I change my so.
It would stand to reason that those hormones would effect boys too
Yes! My son's testicals were darker, too (he's pretty light). They lightened up and got smaller after a couple weeks.
It’s mostly swelling, newborns are swollen
You definitely don't need to circumcise, if you clean them and teach them to clean properly they'll be fine, they'll probably get an infection at some point if they stay in daycare because they might forget to clean them right but just keep an eye on them, you don't wanna do it and hurt them in the long run if the procedure or healing goes wrong
I am intact my mother made the right choice not circumcised me you are right as long as you properly clean it it will not getting infection or smell
@@sromero6738 FYI is not extra skin it is called foreskin
Girl you have perfect timing. I'll be having my twin boys in the next few weeks, and have no clue what to expect! Thank you!

My Gosh. Does he ever look like his dad!! what a cute little guy. congrats.
I’m so glad I’m my country (Sweden) we don’t circumcise. It’s barbaric and unnecessary and seems super “third world”
Here in Germany it is not possible that a baby that is born is subjected to such a procedure (circumcision). and that's just as well .

Six months pregnant with a boy and I was in the dark on a couple of these... Thank you for sharing! 🤍
When is your due date? Me too
Same here!
Found this in recommendation but staying either way. Anyone else?
Oh yeah this is so true! Especially when my daughter sits in it, it’s hard to make sure sure nothing gets....inside hahaha
My boy is 3 months old and already so full of energy haha he never wants to just chill and cuddle he wants to be looking around and kicking and talking 💙

Also, be prepared for the same question "are you gonna have him circumcised " asked by almost every Dr, nurse, pediatrician etc. For about 2 months after he was born.
It's almost like American drs. And nurses have a fetish of cutting healthy tissue and 20,000 nerves off of our boys genitals
My midwife asked me once’s 😅
Yes! This really kind of frustrated me. We decided not to circumcise out son and we were always told how it was totally fine. But at the same time the constant asking about it again and again after the fact kind of feels “judgy”. Like they are trying to subtly influence you to do it.
i have 3 sisters and no brothers and our entire humor is bathroom humor hahahah
I agree. And you don't have to worry about infection as much as with girls
Please don’t circumcise your boys, there’s medically no reason for it! It causes the baby unnecessary pain. If you had a girl, would you cut skin off her genitals? Please remember the baby.
You should never retract a baby’s foreskin, regardless of what a doctor says.
Yes yes!!
Yes! It’s like pulling back the eyelid to clean your eye , completely unnecessary

My older brother peed in his own face one time when my mom was changing him.
I changed my brother when he was a baby. He started peeing and I panicked and pushed it back and he peed all over his own head. He's almost 30 now. Sorry bro.... sorry there's no record of it that is 🤣
Here I am 21 years old me , virgin with absolutely no boyfriend but yeah who knows Jesus’S mom was a virgin too...
"Walnut situation" well said
Circumstation out of 100,000 in fact circumstations:
900 easily curable UTI's alleged to be prevented
1000-7000 avoidible complication can be caused
100,000 traumatic unnecessary procedures
Also:
It has been estimated that 111 to 125 normal infant boys (for whom the risk of UTI is 1% to 2%) would need to be circumcised at birth to prevent phimosis. (which is also curable with an ointment)
