I'm a Spanish native teacher and a linguist, and I see she gives very good tips, but people have to keep in mind that these are just a way to make it easier. There are so many exceptions for each rule (for example, "estar muerto" is a permanent state) that can be frustrating, but making mistakes is the way to learn!

A veces he escuchado a personas que no dominan el idioma, pero lo que quiso decir para la mayoria de los que hablamos el idioma lo instuimos bien , algo que no resulta para otros idiomas, por tanto, la persona que quiere aprender español solo debe aprender lo basico, con lo basico te comunicas bien, que aunque hables mal se comprenderá. Y leer mucho
