Trey Hendrickson Trade Rumors are heating up after the Bengals’ EDGE requested a trade on Wednesday. One of the Bears top needs is pass rusher and Hendrickson had 17.5 sacks last season and would be an excellent addition opposite of Montez Sweat. Could Ryan Poles trade the #75 pick to Cincinnati to acquire Hendrickson?

Well Odunze is projected to go at #11, so he should be there. DT and Edge are going to be stacked next draft along with better options for OL.

Poles have given flus more than enough on defense. Either get olu and upgrade at LT or grab odunze
That’s not completely true out defensive tackles are basically nonexistent and those are the two most important positions on the defense. The big men are what wins games. Sure they got Montez sweat but nothing on the interior
@natevart4156 Poles just resigned JJ to a big contract, 2 years ago spent 2 2nd round picks in the secondary, then last year spent 3 picks in the 2nd and 3rd on defense. Defense is fine give caleb as much support as possible
@@user-mv6cd1wz6m that’s fair, I agree that we should go all out on offense this year, I want a lineman or top receiver. but saying flus has more than enough to work with isn’t necessarily true. A stud DT would be game changing as well but you are right that it wouldn’t be right to use the #9 on that

If it didn't cost us the 9th pick or next year's 1st round, I'd be open to the Bears offering a trade for Hendrickson. The man brings it week after week, but as already mentioned, he's about to be on the wrong side of 30.

Might as well trade up and get the best LT in Joe Alt. Cmon OLU is pretty dang good, but Alt is a total effin beast and is much better than OLU.

Most draftniks would say Nabers. They're probably right. Still, Odunze has size that Nabers will never have and Odunze proved he's easily fast enough (I think he was 4.39 40 at the combine which is excellent for his size). But Nabers has quickness/suddeness that's special. Nabers won't be there at 9, and it's 50/50 if Odunze is.

LT or WR. I'm onboard with a T3 DT, but NOT R1. Good grief, last year Poles picked DT, CB and DT in R2 and R3, and in '22 took CB and S in R2. Poles says he was brought in to fix QB, the offense and the O-line. TIME TO DELIVER.

We'll find out: 2 (picks #9 and #75)

I would love to him Hendrickson but I am not willing to shell out big bucks for a 30 year old. This year he is owed $21.16M and next it's $18.6M. There is NO way the Bears should be paying 15 - 18 million per year for a guy who will turn 32 in 2026.

Let's see, the Bears only invited Williams to their pre draft 30 day visit. Washingon invited 4 other quarterbacks on the same day for their 30 day visit. Williams only visited Chicago and no other team for the 30 day. But all of a sudden, Poles gonna pull a psyche and do what you said? The odds are better for the Bears to bring back Trubisky than to do what you suggest.
