hey im a 90 lbs high school wrestler and so when facing a 102 its different for me so anything you can help me like tips because i seem to have bad balance or not strong enough any techniques for me
Continue building strength through weights or calisthenics and also look into joining a wrestling club near you to perfect your technique. Also keep trying and don’t give up. Trust your coaches they know what’s best for you
