Us too! I have to say the figures on the numbers of whales slaughtered were horrifying to me though. I was so disappointed when I looked back on the footage and found the wind ruined alot of the info I was narrating. Thank you for watching
Amazing video, loving the informative vids your producing. John everytime I see you I get excited for whats next.. You both are doing a great job please, please keep it going...
Hahaha dont tell him that he will get a big head lol. But really though, I just dont know what he will do next hahahaha definitely keeps me on my toes. Thanks for watching
Hey guys thanks for the vids may catch you on the road one day as for your CB / UHF question The Citizen Band Radio Service (CBRS) is a two-way, short distance, voice communications service that can be used by any person in Australia. CB radios provide a cheap and reliable means of communications. The service operates in two distinct frequency bands-the high frequency (HF) band (26.965 - 27.405 MHz) and the ultra-high frequency (UHF) band (476.4125 - 477.4125 MHz). Basically there Both CB radios take care .
We found alot of the campsites were empty but on the booking system it showed taken. Our daughter has a You Tube called Trippin Around Oz and she did an episode about booking Ningaloo and it is pretty good giving you hints. You might want to take a look. Thanks for watching us though
Not yet. We are way behind in the videos but we have a camping trip planned (minus caravan) soon and will be using it fully then. This will be a midweek video when I have it edited. The use in the caravan will get done though
CB is citizens band radio on the AM frequency still in use today but the major one that took over is UHF Ultra high Frequency that is all over our country now but with limited range off site tho , old CB on the AM band can put out twice the power on side band you can talk to people on the other side off Australia or in America it was great
Cb is citizens band and is better in hilly terrain like NZ but won't get long range distances unless you use a 10 foot aerial on your car unlike a UHF which stands for Ultra high frequency, and works better on flat country and you get better coverage over long distances but the signal gets weak in low hill terrain.
Wow... what a beautiful area of WA. Loved the remains of the old whaling station. Safe travels, guys!
