How not to rig your truss in your vendor showroom. Visited a vendor a week ago to pick up an order and everything screamed DANGER! in their overhead rigging of aluminum truss in their showroom
I recreate what I saw in an assembly on the stage floor.

Thanks for the explanation. I don't work with rigging but when i saw the orientation of the shackle i thought to myself, "WOW, how could anyone possibly think that was a good idea".

Part of me wants to go back to that vendor showroom and get some footage of their rig. Another part of me thinks I should say something so they can correct it. And a third part of me wants to just walk away and never use that vendor again.
