I don’t understand it man, no matter how much i try and understand the changes in mickey’s looks. I’ve seen the evolution pics of his face, step by step and there comes a very precise point were i’m no longer looking at the same individual at all..... There are so many other examples of peoples going through surgeries and even though they’ve changed they still retain something that makes them recognizable but i’ve never seen something as drastic as in mickey rourke’s case were it ended up being a complete metamorphosis. I truly now believe that he did this on purpose. I no longer buy the bullshit that he fed the media about going the wrong plastic surgeon. He wanted and needed to change himself desperately in order to put his traumatic past behind him and maybe to have a second chance at once again becoming a star.... He said it himself “ i don’t look the same, i don’t sound the same, i don’t walk the same”....
