I was lucky enough to be at the game at 3:51. My brother and I wanted to get the free Nolan Ryan jerseys that they were giving away on Friday with our family. About a week before the game he realized he bought tickets for the wrong game, and we had spent all that money on good seats for the wrong game. So what we did instead was just buy the cheapest seats available for Friday's game to get the jerseys, then still went with our whole family to Saturdays game and got to see the combined no hitter. I remember telling my parents after the 6th inning that Aaron Sanchez was two thirds of the way to a no-no, and he only ever started a couple games for Houston
I remember watch the white Sox game where the no hit the Indians. As a Indians fans who like the white Sox (you don’t hear that often) I was so pissed the Roberto Perez didn’t move his back foot. Seriously, I wanted to see a perfect game
It’s a great idea but nowadays the World Series is usually put on national television broadcasted by ESPN, CBS, etc so it’s not the certain teams’ announcers it’s people like Joe Buck and Matt Vasgersian.
I remember that cole hamels no-no like it was yesterday. That game winning/saving catch was insane. Such a hard play to make with that shade to sunlight contrast!
@@ObiWanKenobi no, it’s a black glove so it’s going to reflect more. Besides, no pitcher would ever put the stuff on the outside of their glove, it makes no sense. Pitchers put stuff on the inside of their glove, or on their hat where it’s less obvious. Trust me you will never see someone with it on the outside of their glove
Just made my tape for the Cleveland job, as a stutterer I find it the best fit! Holy lord, they must have had their pacifiers in or something. Giants, Padres and Mets the best announcers for when the other team does something great.
I don’t fully understand baseball, I just like watching these cool “oddities” or “awesome 1 in 1 trillion moments” videos recommended to me, so I ask, what is a No-Hitter? Thanks :)
The Mets broadcaster such class act he called a no hitter against his team and called it professionally
the mets announcers are surprisingly unbiased i’ve noticed
@@osm2112-y2q they always been since they started in 2006
they certainly like the mets more but when historical things happen they get excited and unbiased
Yeah, exactly. They're fans of the sport and love to see historic things happen, even if it's at the expense of the Mets.
There’s a reason the Mets announcers constantly win awards. They make the games enjoyable to watch.
The 2015 Mets got no hit twice... as the eventual NL champions.
Nice pfp
And folded in 10 pieces in the World Series. LOLMETS.

As a Ms fan, the only time I wasn't upset at being no-hit. They deserved it
