    You are doing great! Just stay positive and motivated and realize the mind wants to quit way before the body. Best of luck on your 50k! Don’t stay too long at aid stations, refill water, grab some gels and walk out of the aid station grazing on chips/candy.

    Some things I learned much later than I should have:
    1. Trust the process! The plan is the plan for a reason. You've done the work, you're ready, honor the taper. YOU'RE READY!!!
    2. Be kind to yourself. Don't beat yourself up for eating poorly or not hydrating or having a bad run or lacking motivation, it happens to everyone allllllll the time. Again, trust the process.
    3. Enjoy the next mile! If you're in a low spot on race day... Walk. Breathe. Smile. Enjoy the beauty of the trails.
    4. Stretch! Stretch, yoga, foam roll.
