Oh my goodness. Your content/videos are an invaluable resource. I received some of these letterpress/hot foil dies in a mystery box and had no idea what I was going to do with them since I don't own the hot foil or letterpress machines.
Thanks so very much for sharing your amazing ideas and talent.
Wow- love it.
Thank you so much.
Fantastic. Thank you.
Thanks so much for showing is that. I love the look of both letterpress and hot foil but not the price of the main tools. This is a win win for me.😀
Great video!!!!
Thanks for sharing - having multiple uses for these stamps/plates helps defray the cost.
Exactly! You dont need a $$$ machine!

Thank you! I bought a gorgeous plate thinking it was a die and don’t really have the cash right now to buy the hot foil machine. Money not wasted after all.

Thanks Tami. Check my Spellbinders playlist. I have a lot of Betterpress videos and foiling with the plates too.
Lovely idea!! 👍 Thx!
This is awesome. Thank you
This is so Neat!!! I want to try it, as that leaf pattern like this is awesome, now I have a second way to use my hot foil dies!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I recently bought Impression dies from HSN that I want to use in my Gemini FoilPress machine. I have yet to try them as Letterpress dies 😕 😞 😔. Your videos are an inspiration and I know that with a lot of trial & error 🙏, I will succeed 🤞
That is so cool. Will have to give it a try
Such an awesome tip!
Great tutorial! Thank you!
very nice. thanks
This video is so appropriate since the new Betterpress has been released. So, exactly why would I want to buy that $80 device when we can do it just like you showed us without it???? THANK YOU!
The betterpress advantage is the magnetic plate. But I like the appeal of being able to letterpress or foil the plates. This video was an option before I even knew the Betterpress was being released. I'm glad you found value in it. 😊
I spent a couple of hours playing with this technique & the various ways to do it. Actually, so far, all have worked VERY well! Even dragged out my magnetic platform that I bought every so long ago, and that worked well as it really holds those dies/plates in place. Back to playing some more today!@@NancyStamps
Excellent video Nancy! Thank you for always helping us stretch our crafty $$$ What ate your favorite metallic ink brands/colors?
The silver and gold delicata are amazing. I haven't found any good "colors" yet.
Outstanding video ! Do you use a soft or hard brayer?
Middle. We want the ink to stick and not get into the cracks. So firmer is a little better.
How did you get the multi color one? Great tip thank you
Used the ink pads lightest to darkest.
@@NancyStamps Thank you
Can you use this process with an electric machine?
I reckon you can, why not, i only use my gemini, and going to do it, it's just like embossing
Yes, just use your embossing sandwich
Thanks☺️
