Amazing update as always! Have a marginal risk of severe weather today, slight risk tomorrow, and an enhanced risk for Wednesday here in southern Illinois. Also going to be very warm and moist outside.
I hate to say this, but i have a bad feeling about this setup. Oklahoma City please be on alert and weather aware. Praying for everyone in the affected areas.
Yes, I didn't want to say anything but be prepared, thank you for your post🙏🌎🎛
I live in South Carolina and my gut is telling me Moore OKC all over again I hate saying that honestly. Just praying for the best at this point. Thanks for your reply bud.

43 and sunny this morning in the EUP, forecast for sunny and 60’s. Prayers for all those at risk in these storms 🙏
Hopefully everyone is safe, but with that said, I went and got snacks and drinks for todays weather chasing. Hopefully should bad weather hit I am ready but at the same lets pray any high winds or tornados are out in the middle of nowhere.
Stay safe!
They upgraded it to an 5/5 in there mesoscale discussion and will be displayed at 13z
Good morning to all from N.W.A Ozarks. Thank you Mitch for the morning weather update. Please PRAY for America ❤️🙏🇺🇸 May God Bless everyone today and have a Wonderful and Blessed day today 😊❤️🙏🇺🇸
Alway in prayer for our country. Father is our only hope.❤🙏
Yes, I've been praying for revival in America for the last 15 years.
Stay safe everyone! Beautiful spring day where I am today.
Good morning Mitch Cas here from Ashtabula Ohio last time I say that I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea
Be careful and ask lots of questions about if the machine is totally safe and won't cause you to breathe fumes or degrading particles. That happened to a lot with the Phillips brand . I had one!! People are very sick from it years later. I couldn't sleep well with it. After a month or 2 I gave up. I thank God. I think my sleep apnea was caused when I would have to take pain meds at bed time.
I'm sorry to hear that!
Please pray for my nephew as he starts treatment today. Thank you!🙏🏻
Prayer up.
@@RonHilton-zd4dx Thank you so much!

Good Morning Mitch! Thank you for your continued updates 🙏 We are in the "high risk" area. Praying for everyone's safety!
Thank you. Praying for you as well.
Praying for all yall!
Good morning! Thanks for the coverage, I'm new to meteorological concepts and this helps my understanding a lot. Praying everyone in the plains is ready for today 🙏🏼
Fog in Arkansas at 3am was so thick I couldn't see off my back patio.... 😐 but, the River is really high and I can see all the low creeks about to bust they're so full.... as I say, full creek is a fun creek!
It still is foggy in Arkansas and it’s 7am lol
I just had a little fog on the White River before War Eagle Cove
Thank you Mitch for your faithfulness to keep us updated! We live just outside of Wichita Kansas and are taking all the precautions for this storm. God bless you
OKC area here, with kids/grandkids in Stillwater, Tulsa, and here. 😳😳 Two out of 4 have shelters! Getting ready to rob my retirement funds to buy shelters for my kids! This year is scarier than normal! Prayers for everyone in the path! 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks mitch
Good morning all! Partly cloudy and warm this AM in NW IN. We are continuing to pray for all those affected by the storms already and those dealing with the upcoming storms.
Thank you for taking the time to update us Mitch, you are greatly appreciated❤ I’ll keep you posted on what happens up here! We are on the edge of the severe weather predictions. I am prepared for the worst! So far we’ve been lucky to have only t-storms, pebble sized hail and wind.
Good morning, Mitch! Hope you are well! I always look forward to your morning videos. It's part of my routine! Clean the house, grab a cup of coffee and by that time you have posted a video. Love sharing my morning with you and the rest of these lovely folks! I love how relaxed and open everyone here is. Everyone in the areas mentioned for tornado potential, please stay safe! My prayers are with everyone this day and every day. God bless all of you.
Thank you so much!
I’m so glad weather reporting has progressed to giving out possibilities this early in the morning. I know you save lives because people have time to prepare and be ready. Even if some of you weather experts and storm chasers never pull anyone out of the rubble. You are still heroes. Thank you.
Good Morning Mitch, Have a great Monday and a great week ahead. Much Love.
Good morning Mitch and all. Praying for Father's favor over those in path of storms. And for those who have already been effected by them. Check on your neighbors, be good ti each other and take care of the animals please.
Mitch you are appreciated.
Just upgraded to high risk a few minutes ago. Local news said it is the highest risk warning issued in over 5 years.
Thank you always for keeping us informed. We appreciate you. God bless
Thank you for the very valuable information and warning. Praying for safety for all in the path of storms! My sister lives in Lawton OK! I have some storm anxiety, particularly tornado anxiety. I’m not liking the looks of Wednesday so far for SE MO. 😞
Good morning family!!! Very busy end of the week for us. I hope you enjoyed your field trip Friday! Thank you as always for the update! I will be watching closely we were upgraded to a 3/5 on Wednesday! I’m going to be prepared before if I can help it! Have a blessed Monday!!! ❤ 27:02
I'm praying that this doesn't materialize. God protect us and keep us all safe.
Rain rain rain please for Wichita
I just read the outlook for today the fact they said they could put a high risk driven by tornadoes doesn’t happen often but pay attention to all areas
You called it, it went high risk
I am praying for those in the high risks areas. I have family in Tulsa, so this is personal for me.
Thank you Mitch for keeping us informed and aware! Could you please pray for my daughter as she prepares to take her HiSet high school equivalency tests starting this week. She is having alot of self doubt and while it pains me more than I let on, I know she is well prepared and will do fantastic!
🙏🏾praying in the name of ✝Jesus Christ/Yeshua Ha Mashiach✝
@@DocLarsen44 Thank you♥
Praying!!
Yeah. They did update about 815/820 to a high risk for OKC and area
Please keep us in prayer tonight Mitch! We live in East Wichita Kansas. Two yrs ago we filmed outside the tornado that hit Andover Kansas.
Time for the F5 for Wichita. Here we go. Probably will blow our moisture away again.
Good morning! Very summery this morning in the central UP. Days without the dreaded black flies are very few left. Have a magnificent Monday!
He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day
Good Monday Mitch. Another fine detailed morning update. Prayers for safety in the high risk area as you just posted for Kansas and Oklahoma. I hope they may cancel school classes today or let out early. Everyone be safe and weather awareness spread the word especially in watches that will surely be posted this afternoon and evening. 🌎🎛🌩🙏
Please pray for everyone in the path of these storms
What an ominous day. Please be prepared, and please remember your animals. They entrust their safety to you.
Offering up prayers for people who have seen Moore, Joplin, Jorele (I think), and all the others I forgot that were just wicked nasty. Also, just walking around scared today and a bundle of nerves I hope you can find a few minutes of quiet and solitude. I am thinking of you.
Alert high risk has been placed
Good morning Mitch and believers in salvation. Waking up to a lot of dramatic weather and I understand why you're kind of hyper. I'll pray for others in danger. I should use the time stamps for the first time because I see a lot of info for KS and MO where my people are. In San Diego we'll see a sunny 70 degrees and yes I know we're blessed. Today starts a food drive in my building for the Tijuana youth shelter. Such poverty down there. Off topic I know. Thank you Mr. West though some of this is scary and God bless you all.
Watching this like a hawk. I'm in the Ozarks of south-central Missouri but have several friends in Tulsa, a friend in OKC, and two in Wichita plus a friend here whose daughter lives in Wichita.
And speaking of the Ozarks, I'm naturally watching Wednesday closely, too. The sheer size of that enhanced risk area makes me wonder if we'll see a moderate or high risk ourselves...
PS -- yes, in addition to the high risk, Springfield, MO and Fayetteville, AR are now in the enhanced risk area.
Meteorologist James Spann posting about the new high risk area for OK and southern Kansas
The fact Reed Timmer isn't posting is telling, he's probably getting ready for a major day
Wednesday is setting up to be worse than monday. Southern indiana/Northern kentucky look to get it the worst
Official update from the SPC. We now have a high risk.

Thank you for this information ❤
Dear brothers and sisters I’m in Hamilton Ohio wanting to pray in agreement for Gods might hand to protect all those in harms way. Father Chad Ripperger four times prayed when a storm was in his area and wasn’t harm.
St Micheal the Archangel protector all the peoples were the storms are coming Amen
Looks like southeast dodge another 🌪️ outbreak...
It definitely upgraded to a high risk here in Oklahoma.
Hello Mitch and Crew! Thanks Always, Super job too:) my usual prayers Please, World Peace,Unity, Jae, My Beloved grandson and EJ health Please,Friend. Prayers You keep Rising🙏🙏🙏
And my brother Charles, too Please❤🙏
Praying!
Heavenly Father, You who command the winds and waves, we ask You to calm the storms that threaten our safety. Whether they manifest as tornadoes, hurricanes, or violent thunderstorms, let Your peace override the chaos. Instill calm in our spirits and stillness in the atmosphere.
Protect all those in the path of these storms, from families in their homes to travelers on the road. Strengthen our community’s preparedness and response efforts, and let no life be lost to the fury of nature. May we always find our refuge in You, trusting that You are with us in the storm and beyond. Amen. ✝️🙏
Mitch you hit it out of the park today! I mean that ball is gone! Your directions were spot on, your brain and mouth were firing great and together. I can tell when you are getting tired or a long week but today it was all systems go. Not to mention so early in the morning. I wish you a wonderful week and even for Nebraska (thank you-not sarcastic) you did superb. I would, dare say, this goes into your top 10. Just Brilliant.😊
Thank you so much! Things like this mean the world!
Wichita is the largest city in KS.
has been upgraded to high risk
Hello brother, been watching since the beginning of the year. Been a weather nut since Hurricane Gloria in 1985 and following its Maker since 2002. Please pray over my (vague) calling to redevelop my online weather presence (2006-2016) and maybe hit the road chasing this stuff like I last did in the 90s. My life flow got interrupted by a "Book of Job" season. I believe God has unique original ideas for each of us brothers & sisters that creates potential collaborators instead of competitors. I feel a spreading fire within, to get out there and spend the remainder of my years "being the me He made." --Boston/NH/Mobile
That's awesome buddy. Praying for your journey ahead as you chase your passion and dreams!
Sick of tornado warnings
Hopefully noting happenes
Do you think Ky will be placed under a moderate risk at some point
Thanks!
Thank you!!!
Good Morning, Mitch. Today across Northern Maine we’re expected to see the warmest day so far this year with afternoon highs approaching 70 degrees. The grass is finally starting to become green, fiddleheads are beginning to appear, and buds are coming out on the trees. After last nights frontal occlusion we will see the passage of a stronger secondary cold front very late this afternoon into the early evening. Looking like we could see some cells with possibly some isolated lightning that the SPC isn’t picking up on yet. Though frontal passage will occur just after max daytime heating which could limit thunder potential a bit.
Thanks for your coverage up that way!
It’s raining almost all the time in the SE. Do some research before you come here.
Firstly, really appreciate your daily detailed videos and breakdowns!
I wanted to make a general comment on "probability" vs "possibility" to ensure folks can use the scale to assess the risk without vagueness. Since both words get used interchangeably in daily speak it might muddy meaning of these prediction percentages.
30% probability suggests that, not only is it possible, there is enough reasoning and evidence allowing NWS to conclude that there is 30% (or whatever %) certainty, relative to the rest of the U.S, the shaded areas will see the severe weather elements like tornadoes or hail or damaging winds. The % is relative to the rest of the U.S. outside the shaded areas (which is 0%). Tornadoes are small *compared to* the 100s of miles of shaded risk areas, so like Mitch says, not every city or town within the shaded areas will see tornados. But NWS is 30% certain that the shaded areas will see tornadoes even if it's just 1 or 2 tornadoes in remote places. So it's not a question of whether the shaded areas MAY see tornadoes, because NWS is 30% certain that the shaded areas WILL see tornadoes.
Regardless of the technicalities of the wording, today is a unique day and I am hoping and praying that we do not lose lives and we do not get severe loss of property or livestock in these regions. But I hope the difference helps folks understand the severe weather risk percentages a bit better.
Love this breakdown! Thank you for taking the time to type it out!
Jesus clam the storms

Chanute is pronounced with a "sh" at but otherwise you got it.
Sha newt = chanute
Jesus was asleep on a cushion in the stern, and the disciples woke him and asked, "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?" The Gospel of Mark then states that: He then rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" Then the wind ceased, and there was a dead calm.
Mix up your words some. Folks rather guys you guys over and over and over again. Try you folks. Change it up a bit.
Stop hating
Mitch isn’t a professional meteorologist so be less critical please. This is more than just a weather site, this is a community of people who support each other, pray for each other and are positive not negative
So rude, so unnecessary, Focus on the information we are lucky to have.
Hope you can find some joy today.
Thank you, Mitch! Have a blessed day. 🎚❤️🎚🤍🎚💙🎚
In Wichita and very nervous 🥲 upgraded to high risk.
