Hello, I received my tool kit today and I was wondering if I could refill my coloured startup cartridge, the one that was in the box when I first bought the printer. Also, because the ink that was in this cartridge was drying, I dipped it in some warm water therefore I would also like to know how can I determine whether the cartridge isn’t damaged. Hi, I bought this tool for my hp 303 black and colour cartridges, it works great on the black but the colour cartridge doesn't fit. The copper coloured band on the colour cartridge (at the front) is too wide for the plastic tabs to slot into. Can you suggest anything at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated. You can use the rubber part without the black part. It simply presses against the end
