How to make a Storm from Xmen Cape

It's time to start a new project and after having a look in my closet to see what I had, I discovered a white wig which would work perfectly for Storm from the Xmen. This is part one of the full costume which I will be making. It is a fairly simple cape lined in gold which ended up looking amazing!

Hi there sunshine, you did so well. I’m also planning on being Storm for a costume party I’m attending. I ordered an outfit online which still hasn’t arrived and my event is tonight. So I didn’t stress .... I found your video and to just saved the day. All I need to make it complete is the cape and the wrist bands like you did.
