I always come back to this series, and this video specifically. It's honestly my favourite asmr video on youtube. The deep space noises mixed with mouth sounds, constant raising and lowering of voice and swapping from ear to ear, so good! Hidden gem on youtube.
I may have listened to this video every night for the past year or two. I tend to alternate between Part 1 and Part 2. So relaxing and helps me fall asleep, imagining unexplored worlds.
I'm glad people are still enjoying these videos! They do have a good atmosphere, relaxing and desolate at the same time, and that was what I was going for with the first sci-fi video I ever made, and the character of the lonely planetary surveyor.
Listening again...this sort of audio fills a certain appetite I occasionally have in the way of audio content... Lists and Descriptions of Things. It's hard to describe...but when I get the craving, audios like this one really hit the spot.
Thank you! If you don't know, I have a new channel with just audio roleplays, you can find more of the same there: ua-cam.com/channels/JM25X8meSjgkq3afgEeIlA.html
Another amazing video...!!! We really do think alike! I am still putting together assets and writing the script for my space travel series...but the way you have executed it is so aesthetic and calming. I'm entirely engaged yet also at the same time intensely relaxed. There is enough intrigue to not be bored and want to click away but not enough drama to be stopping me from wanting to lazily doze off. I find the balance is incredibly difficult to attain but you, match it perfectly! I've not seen this in many creators. You are legendary. I admire your work so much and i mean that honestly from my heart! I basically listen to a similar audio ever night to sleep for YEARS but i think I'll give that a break and have to run through your videos instead for a while, they are just so good! wow...I'm floored!!!
@@FrostglowASMR Oh no need, mine aren't as well prepared as yours. I'm happy to enjoy creators videos who are the perfect style that I like, and you're one of them! also thanks on adding the playlist link up there, it will help others find the whole series too!
I just listened to this again after the long form Temple of the Serpent story 100x on nightmother. I love the character in this story PLUS the sound direction on this one is so great. You are a defining a genre.
Wonderful idea for a video. In this, and other entries of your sci-fi series, you're able to capture this strange combination of awe-inspiring scale and quiet comfort that few other ASMRtists can pull off. You have a unique perspective. And your voice is so relaxing! Keep up the great work!
Listening through again...the description of Riastea 5B reminds me of one of my favorite lines from The Chronicles of Riddick... (Toombs, speaking of the prison planet Crematoria) "If I owned this place and Hell, I'd rent this place out, and live in Hell."
Ok, I just finished listening to the entire thing, and I love it! The composition is amazing, everything from the video clips, to the ambient noise, to the narrative, and of course, the voice that gracefully glides from soft explanations to exquisite whispers, with the most subtle of inflections in-between. This is honestly one of my favorite AMSR videos of all time, bravo! I will think of this video the next time I play a sci-fi roleplaying game :-)
"In one dimension, I find existence -- in two, I find life. But in three, I find freedom." -- from a speech by Foreman Domai, the leader of the political faction known as the Free Drones, while attending the Cadet Induction Ceremony at the Cloudbase Military Academy during Mission Year 2216 in the computer game called Sid Meir’s Alpha Centauri
@@FrostglowASMR knew I recognized that voice from somewhere, a lot of sleep after being called for weird shifts for work is owed to you, many thanks :)
We need more of such content, your voice and accent are absolutely hypnotizing and different from other ASNR-tists. Please, do more of those series!
I'm actually editing the next one right now :)
This is genuinely so cool I’m too engaged in the story to fall asleep-
I may have listened to this video over 30 times in the past year tbh
What a shame we weren't all born a few hundred years later so we could explore the universe like this. In another life perhaps.

This is great, deserves waaay more views
This was nice. The change between the soft spoken parts and the whispers was very nice :)
This is very soothing. Not the study/sleep material I thought was going to be my soundtrack today, but a very welcome difference ^.^
Please do more!! I can’t get enough of this series and your voice, anxiously waiting for #3 😄😄
Will definitely make more :)
@@FrostglowASMR Maybe one where you discover the remains of an alien civilisation, their history and culture?
@@featheredraven Good idea, I'll certainly consider it.

You speak so clearly that UA-cam’s captions are able to pick up what you say. 10/10 gold star sticker

This is fantastic!
This video has been on UA-cam for nearly 3 years, and I only just discovered it. UA-cam's algorithm is so hit and miss! Glad I stumbled upon this. :)
I'm glad you liked it!
Excellent!!
I didn't know this is what I needed until now. Excellent job!
This is the second time I watch this series! Hope you'll release a part 3 soon 😃😃😃
Love your work, thankyou

This was brilliant, and very distracting. Not something I should listen to while trying to get work done. Haha.
Hold on a sec, nightmother, is that you??
You caught me!
