I appreciate the view from outside of the home to see the entire house as well as the tour of the neighborhood. I wonder if Toll Brothers has a “build on your lot” option as well? Thanks for the kind words. This home is less than $400/sqft which is similar to most single-family home new construction in Northern Virginia. There's a structural option to add another suite in the basement that's a similar size to the suite on the main level. The additional space would make for a larger gym or movie theater. What most people don't know about this community is that Toll Brothers only releases two homes at a time, and every lot has had multiple offers. Could you imagine having to compete against other people for a chance to wait 18 to 24 months for your home to be delivered?
I'm local to Alexandra, and I have to say, this was one of the best tours AND houses I've seen in the area. I'm used to older houses. Seeing something so modern and what I'm into is pretty promising. At least, if I can afford that base price. 😅😅😅 Love the videos, and keep it local! ❤❤❤
I used to be local to the areas. One of the best houses I have seen . Toll Brothers continues to knock it out of the park. However, living in New York now in a very big apartment. The master bedroom is the size of my current bedroom.Seems a bit small for a 3Million home as well as the master closet. But gorgeous overall
This is the only video of the Warhol that's shows the front and side of the house as well as the elevator thank you!!! I wish you could have got video of the back yard and showed where the door in the basement would lead to in the back yard, but over all great video thanks!

Toll Brothers has a model in Aldie with a similar layout minus 2,000 square feet between 1.2 to 1.5 million dollars. The Warhol is the 2nd largest model in the development. There's a model called Kahlo with a starting price of $3.5 million and 11,500 square feet. Warhol is only 7,700 square feet before you add options.

Arden only has fewer than 30 units available and every lot has had multiple offers. I don't think they will have to release the other model to meet their sales goal.
If this is where I think it is, near Great Falls village.... I'll be honest, I never imagined that huge forest would be cut down to make way for these homes.
