If you're looking for a janky tech to mill off your opponents Ishizu cards, Neko Mane King is much better. Once it' goes off, your opponent can't make it fizzle with the shufflers. Unlike Jackpot 7.

Attacking the token was basically a direct attack because it had 0 attack. It's just more damage and objectively better.

Sure, he mentioned the "once while face up on the field" clause, but he totally missed the HARD ONCE PER TURN restriction at the bottom, too. It's hilarious. Someone at Konami R&D was really extremely afraid of someone ever pulling off an FTK with this thing. Must have been a different person than whoever designed stuff like Firewall Dragon and Saryuja years later...
Firewall and Saryuja are the results of Johnny Konami, who's express purpose is making cards that combo with themselves, lack obvious opts, and have way too generic synergy

Yeah, setting tokens is one of those funny interactions you don't think about until it comes up, kind of like the fact that tokens aren't usable in XYZ summons since they're a weird mix of it exists, and at the same time it doesn't exist.
for give and take the "special summon" and "level increase" are 1 effect, so you have to have a special summoned monster to activate it. "and if you do" makes the negate attack and damage cylindaer inflicts as 1 effect, meaning you must be able to deal damage. 0 atk atk means it can't inflict damage.
Slight correction, it increases the level of the monster you control by that of the special summoned monster, but your monster doesn't have to be special summoned. Also for the magic cylinder, "and if you do" means the first part of the effect is not reliant on the second part, but the second part IS reliant on the first part. The attack is still negated, which is the relevant part of the effect in this case.

I have a replay in MD of jackpot 7 winning against mathmech. Yeah maybe it was the 10th try and yes, maybe the Mathmech player wasn't the best, but it was worth it.
It's briefly mentioned at the end of the video but Abyss Dweller is the part he missed. It boosts all Water monsters so you turbo it out. Don't worry, the deck is still terrible.

Cimo deck is just Rio's deck from Zexal correct (with whatever Konami end up printing from her deck) ? That is why it is just a bunch of 1-offs that you hope to get it off. Konami didn't even print all the supported card revealed in the anime to make this a working deck it seems.

so the Lemuria reminded me that there's an Umi continous trap that lets you banish a monster until the End Phase, which would sound like a decent (by the deck's standards) way to both protect and reset your Blizzard Falcon ...unfortunately that one looks at typing (Fish, Sea Serpent or Aqua) instead of attribute. So Blizzard Falcon doesn't even get that.
If Blizzard Falcon was a Performapal, it would've been banned a long time ago. Performapal's gimmicks are mostly attack modification, there are 'pals that permanently increase attack by 1000 every turn, as a pendulum monster that is incredibly jank and dangerous.

I do think that the tokens are to be destroyed on game 3 based on the fact that they can't be set. It's similar if you use Book of Moon to an Emissary (gorz) token

It wouldn't have worked anyway because Cowboy's attack position effect requires it to attack a monster in order to get the boost.

This deck gets a lot better very soon. Hippo Carnival takes this deck and makes it a quick OTK and so much easier to pull off
