Everything this dude is saying is 100% correct. I used to be really timid and nervous around women and people in general. Over time I used my own little tricks and developed confidence. I did it on my own. Now when I walk I own it. When I enter a room I own the entire room. I view myself as the most important male in that room. Eye contact. Posture. Attitude. It works. I trained myself by walking around shirtless during the summer as much as possible. It got to the point where i would do it more than I should because it felt comfortable. You shouldn't put thoughts of being something in your head...just train yourself to be comfortable in all situations.

I already knew these from my observations over the years, why girls pick certain boys, why boys pick certain girls, what people define as difference between boy/man and girl/woman, what is attractive and us women has this description of attractive that we call "the it factor". We can't generally pinpoint what it is but he has it. And that it is confidence (because I figured it out years ago). So if a guy has this confidence he can be a jerk and still get the girl. Pertaining to the eye contact, when 2 Alphas make eye contact the way to show that you are the true alpha is to give them a subtle nod after about 3 seconds and WAIT for them to look away first. The subconscious effect of this is massive. AND if they give the subtle nod first, you will still win the alpha showdown by still waiting until they look away first. ALSO if this happens and you are in close proximity to each other, when you give the subtle nod be sure to say “supp bro.” It’s imperative so say those exact words but only if you’re in speaking distance from each other. And PS I can’t stress enough to make sure your nod is very subtle. Too big of a nod will come off as weakness and insecurity.
Back in the day, say late 90s or so there was the "pick up artist" movement, whose main advice was to imitate alpha male characteristics in order to impress girls. Actually, if you need to practice, you're beta. Being alpha is a result of being content and powerful in your OWN skin. It's a result of facing your own fears and overcoming them. Do that, and you'll naturally display all the alpha body language.
So for the eye contact part: don't be the first to break eye contact, but if you don't break eye contact then you are creepy, and if you're an alpha then you will break eye contact sometimes even though an alpha never breaks eye contact.

They often sit with 'knee upon knee'--why? BECAUSE...sitting with your ankle on knee for long periods can cause knee and hip fatigue, even injury to those joints. I am a natural born alpha which was my subconscious but with verbal abuse from my beta dad, I thought I was the lowest man. You learn from your father and immulate him subconsciously. Realize that what they push on you is what they have not dealt with. When I learned by a gf who told me I was an alpha and was dumbfounded that I didn't know, I began to research more about myself and how I can. Doing so helped me health and stress wise and my life has never been better.

If you walk into a room, or any area of doing things on a normal basis, do you captivate people with your looks, charm, how you hold yourself, your ability to recognize people and engage, flashy confidence not arrogance, then you would be considered an alpha male. You know whats funny I was alpha for years, shit has happened in my life, I became depressed + alcohol and I lost all of that... Eventually I became a "little pussy" at least in my own eyes. I didn't even notice that before. We as a human beings we go thru a lot and we cannot give up. We need to strive for the best and be as best as we can. Simple as that.
