It worked for me, once i disbled sysmain it went down a little bit, and when i disable the other thing it went down to 0-2%

Hi, i done all the things you said but my pc is still on 100% disk. My pc (desktop) have problem when restart my pc on Dell logo it hangs i have to turn off and then turn on then its restart. Any idea how to fix this issue. I have Dell inspiron 660 10 year old pc 8gb ram and HDD 1.68TB free storage. I have checked malware as well.

Try resetting or formatting but not permanent .Upgrade to SSD . I cannot upgrade 😢

My Laptop is very slow, memory high, and disk at 100%. I tried everything, most of in UA-cam videos. Maybe my Windows 10 is lacking all this. It keeps asking me to update to Windows 11. Should I update to 11 and will it fix all windows being slow? Please advice. Blessings!
