Watching you struggle is so relieving to me. It makes me feel like I'm not alone when I make blunders and feel like a fool! It happens to the best of us, even when we really DO know what we're doing!
Everytime u walked away from your bag i was stressing because im in California and you can't do that lol i just kept thinking someone is going to snatch that up so fast. loved this video and all the information thank you!
Do you have any tips for photographer that lives in a more winter area? Im from Alaska and I’ve done my sisters senior pictures when I was a freshman (I’m 19 now) but I went in there pretty much not know what I was really doing, I’ve always loved taking pictures of everything around me since I was a kid but I never got the chance to take any kind of photography classes so I kind of just winged it. Now that I’m older I want to try to make my bsfs pictures more professional in a way if that makes sense. I’ve been watching a lot of your videos but the biggest difficulty for me is finding places to take good pictures since I’m from a small village away from cities. I do love learning more from your channel! Keep it up
What was your conclusion ? ♡ I have a 5d iii & r6 and back up 6d I do mostly wedding my only issue with the r6 is on silent mode external flash doesn't work 😢
Hi. Do you intentionally shoot darker in order to add a preset in editing? When I shoot ...my images SOOC are never that dark..but maybe my approach is wrong...
Hi there! I prioritize exposing for my client's skin tones in camera, which is why the RAW files seem a little darker when you see them in LR. This helps to be sure no highlights are "blown out" in editing. They also appear darker in Lightroom in their RAW form than they do in the back of camera!
Oh no! I am so sorry you feel that way. The R6 definitely takes some getting used to and adjusting. I've heard a lot of people still prefer their Mark lll!

Hahaha, I am WAY too clumsy about that! I always forget to pick it back up! Thanks for watching!
What happened to the golden state 😂
This video was wonderful! Thanks for including all your camera settings. Not everyone does, and it’s super helpful!
I love how real you are!
AHHH, THESE PICS WERE STUNNING!!!! 😱 Great video ♥!
Thank you so much! Thanks for watching!
Once you get all the custom dials/buttons/rings exactly to your liking, the R6 is a total dream. Great video, your sister makes a beautiful model!
Completely agree! I've been using the R6 for over a year now and absolutely love it. Will never go back!
LOVE the r6! It is absolutely a learning curve but so beautiful. The sharpness is crazy for sure. This was so fun to watch you shoot around your town!
I love this, thanks for posting it!
Thanks for tuning in!
I am in northern Arizona
You said orange shirt and I was like OMG that guy gets around
Good stuff thanks
Love love love
Okay but where did you get that black jumpsuit? It looks so comfy and I need it 🥹 I need more cute but comfortable outfits to shoot in!!
Thank you for this ❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much for watching!
Awesome video. Which camera you like best? What mic are you using?

I also have the 5D III and the R6, I love both in equal measure..
What is the brand name of your reflector? I like that it has the handles on it……thanks!

Do you use any flash?
I don’t use flash for my portrait work!
Your sister is so beautiful, it feels like you're cheating. Impossible to take bad photo of her. Great job and thanks for sharing.
Hahah! I would have to agree :) Thank you, and thanks for watching!
What time of day do you shoot?
I shoot at "golden hour" - either two hours before sunset or two hours after sunrise!
Thank you I appreciate the response 🩵
You AMAZE me - one lens and no OCF!!!
Went from 5d mark 4 cameras to R5 and R6 and the images blow away the mark 4 of course had to buy RF lenses but worth the investment
i bought the R6 and I'm not going to lie I hate it. I prefer my canon 5d mark iii

Curious to hear more about that…. Still using a Mark III myself and feeling a bit of mirrorless FOMO
OMG!! Her posing is great. But, she speaks so darn fast. As if the video is sped up. Hard to follow her.
You can totally slow the video down when watching if needed :) thanks for tuning in!
How funny! I actually listened to her video with the speed at 1.75x faster, LOL. It helps me get the info quicker.
