Hi Vanessa, This is a very informative video. I am tired of the mega resorts, and I am now seeking a botique experience. However, I do hope these new openings will inspire the existing resorts to refurbish, treat staff better, and provide more competitive pricing. Who knows. Wonderful reporting as usual, Vanessa.
These are some stunning properties and I hope the current economy can sustain them. I also lean towards the smaller and more private villa styles. My last experience at a larger all inclusive left a bad taste in my mouth and gave me my first bout of CV😢. I just want a relaxing stay with well maintained rooms, good fresh food, and a kind staff. An amazing beach and clean pool are needed with an affordable spa experience as a bonus.

I would love for you to help me and my husband want to go on vacation something new in July but we love to get in the water and we want to blue! But we don’t swim also something 4hr flight from nyc and all inclusive with no kids it’s our anniversary ❤ any advice is very much appreciated looking for a blue beach and very clean maybe new any suggestions looking for deals and sales

Welcome to the channel! Thank you for subbing. Sadly, most resorts have gone this. I predicted this back in 2020, but unfortunately resorts decided to stay closed in many cases 18 and even 24 months and I knew the only reason they did that is because they planned to charge double when they reopened. And that’s exactly what happened. The longer they remained closed, the more they’ve charged upon reopening.
Hiii Vanessa from Navigator of the Seas!! We are on a 3-day cruise out of LA. I am interested to see what the new Hyatt in Los Cabos will be like. As always, thank you for the update on all these new hotels. We have a lot of new choices. The industry seems to have recovered from Covid thankfully!❤✈️🛳️

@@Passport_Pages I have been cruising with Royal Caribbean for 40 years. I’m definitely “Loyal to Royal.” These 3 and 4 day cruises are nice for quick getaways but the ships can get pretty beat up with all the quick turnover. Also they tend to be very crowded. We’re back tomorrow, but it definitely serves our purpose because we need to get back to work. Hope this helps 😉

I stayed at the Catalonia Yucatan Beach hotel in Riviera Maya in Mexico twice. Next door is the sister hotel, Catalonia Riviera Maya so you share all the amenities. Yucatan Beach is the cheaper of the two. It’s not luxury but is a lovely place to stay in and relaxing. I’m planning on trying their Royal Tulum hotel as that’s adults only.
I am so excited about all these new places Vanessa! So many new options. Secrets St. Lucia Resorts sounds really nice. I will be sharing with you my experience.
Thanks for this. How does the Princess Grand Jamaica BEACH (Green Island) compare to Negril? Namely in terms of beauty and swim ability. Free of rocks, beautiful sand. View? Water clarify, color? No chopinesss? Beach is the most important criteria for us. Doesn’t need to be as wide as 7-mile, but does it have that “beach” feel, or is it more of a man-made inlet? Is the water super calm, and equal to Negril? In terms of the odds of it getting seaweed (Sargassum)? Our only hesitation is that we can’t find much information around the calibre of beach, which leads us to worry that it’s not one of the resort’s main selling points - despite all the other striking, promising features. Any info would be great as we may be deciding between this and the older RIU in Aruba for a large family of 14. Thanks!
