What about a TK range terrain action against an opponent that is standing on the terrain? Can you pick it up and slam it on them with TK? What if the opponent on the terrain has stealth?
Good question. With TK Range Terrain, you never really 'pick up' the marker, so you would still need to be able to see the target for the range attack while the terrain in on the map. After resolutions the marker is destroyed. Example, if the target has stealth, is in hindering, and the attacker has no way of seeing the target for the range attack....they couldn't make the attack. If you can see the target that is standing on/in the terrain, you can make a TK range attack using the terrain they are standing on as long as the terrain meets the criteria spelled out in TK and is not smoke/water.

Yes. He is not too hard to generate.
Placing elevated under characters will make for some chaotic games, especially if both teams have TK
