On the front adaptor the new one you put on you need to add the conical washer , then spacer which came with your adaptor. That's why is not leveled correctly scraping every full turn. Hope you figured this out by now and fixed it. It should look just like your old one you moved to the back.

Do not use a torque wrench to loosen bolts you will throw it out of calibration.

Nice video, however sorry not to understand the language. I noticed that before unscrewing a bolt the presenting person screws it up a little bit. Never seen this before! What is the purpose of screwing up before unscrewing? Anybody has an idea? Would also like to know which torque is needed to screw up the 6 disc bolts? Sometimes I understood 3 Nm (??) Is this correct?

      Yes.
Before tightening them calipers, you want them centered (or rather the brake pads) over the rotors , this is achieved by doing a few brakings so that the caliper settles itself after the rotor, THEN you keep the brake lever pulled in and tighten the caliper, release brake lever and you're done.
      40Nm is what I've used.

6.2 Nm or 55 in-lbs is standard for most rotors. This guy is a trainwreck.
