I'm glad you kept terraforming!!! Challenges that remove a single asset are more alluring and for this particular challenge keeps the focus on using DIYS without also adding the challenge of a no terraforming island. Especially since, as you said, terraforming adds so many fun and beautiful possibilities for the use of DIYs and as space fillers. Additionally, I think this challenge would be a lot of fun without restarting your island. It would remove the pain and grind of restarting while also allowing the player to already have a decent library of DIYS. And as most OG islands have already been terraformed, it's nice you kept it in this challenge. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
I didn't know your channel before this series, and I haven't stopped watching since I stumbled upon it!! I think your playstyle is very accessible and that's not something that a lot of youtubers do imo so it's refreshing! The island is turning out great too!! I' m amazed by how nice this looks with how few things you've got available to work with! 😊

I was screaming at my phone when you decided to get rid of the natural terraforming before you knew what you wanted to do, but then you started making your rivers and cliffs and.. i trust the process! 😌🙌

Your grind is really coming together!! I know the challenge is DIY decorations only but suggestion, I think a bit more waterscaping and adding shrubs/flowers in addition to your DIY decorations can really flush a place out more. Excited to see if you complete the challenege in 9 more days!!
I love the new Waterfall/river Dan and I agree with you on the terraforming thing thats why Ive chosen to keep mostly all my rivers and mountains natural (Unterraformed)
I recently regretted terraforming my island too, so now im back trying to make it look how it started 😢 but have no worries, you'll make it look amazing! 😊
CM - Finds the rose bed DIY on the beach, me - "Huh, that's the DIY I found on the NMT island, from my former villager Ken, where I found and invited Norma"... CM - runs past Norma. Me - 😲
You could move or add additional deer scares to those access spots by the bamboo dividers? Would still be symmetrical and hopefully block the villagers from getting stuck
I know you already have a farming area but on my island my go to to create more wildlife is to plant the occasional spotting of crops not for actual farming ofc but for looks!
I'm not sure if i got all the diys (minus the ones Celeste gives you) but, does anyone know how to get the golden rose wreath or the best way to get it? As I'm pretty sure thats the only one I'm missing. And i guess if its allowed, i can trade for extra ones as i have extra gold diys or villager pics. Thanks for the help. (i will delete the other part if it's not allowed)
Just wondering if you're the type of person who connects your islands to the nintendo online app and uses the island news feature to track your turnip prices? I always wanted to be the type of person who used it, I just never remember in the moment lol.
I don't know if this is against the rules but if you're looking for more diys you could amiibo villagers to the campsite but not do it enough to invite them to live on your island! again I can't remember if this is against the rules or not
