If i send tution fee from my country in my currency (taka) then lots of vat will be added to transform in japanese currancy (yen) and my payment will increse. My uncle lives in japan. So it is possible that, if i make flyfire account in my Country, select the currancy in yen and send this to my uncle. After that my uncle will pay from his local bank in japan in yen.
